Never really done VR except I did demo The Climb at Gamescom - super cool - and my wife had to buy a Oculus when we lived in Austin, Tx for the architectural firm she worked for, so I got to play around with it for a couple days - Elite Dangerous was dope. She even moved aa fan to blow on my face while I was in VR so it felt like I was in the outer reaches of space. That with my Thrustmaster HOTAS X made it feel like I was IN my ship. Very cool.
