3 mile ?? Wow. When i was a teenager i used to run 5ks. Now i only run a 1-Mile.

Im sure i could push myself and do more but my knee buckles and i feel it the next day i cant bend

My knee sometimes buckles too, it's weird and random (thankfully it's also rare) almost like it hyper flexs in the wrong direction and then doesn't want to correct itself. I've never been a fan of longer distance/endurance workouts though. Sprinting, lifting heavy, skating, stuff I can do quick and switch up frequently have always been my fav exercise type

Sick ! My parents and peer pressure made me play traditional sports. But i have always loved skiing snowboarding and 🛹

I did try heavy lifting and sprints when i was in college. I permanently ruined my left rotator cuff

It is almost hard to not “ego lift” but pushed too hard on sprints and the impact partially tore meniscus

Even tho i preferred it. My body is able to do long runs and recover vs quick HIIT

OUCH! But yeah... Ego lifting has put me out for awhile at times. But I'm pretty small and seeing some of the faces of people around me have a look of shock with a heavy deadlift or squat kinda made it worth it. Kinda lol.
But it's something I haven't been able to do for a while and I do miss it. Shoot I haven't even skated in a while cause health flare ups. That's why I'm so happy video games exist 🙃

some people have learnt different ways, I think Syphrus has learnt through comp tircklining. I learnt through hippy flipping and practicing the set trick on the rail with the timing of it all. Dont worry too much on complexity and style at the moment. Try the tricks first where and what you want to do. From there when your finding it comfortable and easier, try to spice it up a little. Lots and lots of practice 🙂

weird how so many people keep advocating for s4 to pick up the 2 stick controls of xl and session

i feel like that makes a huge skill gap to casual players just wanting to play with the old controls (and would be kinda weird to use with off board controls)

even if they added both as a toggle, it would still be bad because they would have to make the game's controls designed for one form and just try to port them over. if anyone here has attempted to play session with the legacy controls you should know how bad that turned out

i just feel like they should keep flick-it as it makes the most sense for the franchise and would appeal more people like the old games did rather than those looking for a sim experience (sorry for the rant btw oops :P)
