Not that they didnt add anything for the full release, but it was lackluster in comparison to what the took from the game

I mean theres just not any reason to intentionally get rip chips at the moment. If you play the game regularly for more than a week or 2, theres like nothing to spend them on. And im pretty torn because im almost like 90% positive, based on how they've done most of the stuff in the game, that theyll reset the rip chips when they finally do add things to buy with them. Just kinda feels like "hey if you like this game and want to play it a lot, your reward is nothing!"

The only outrage would be from those who have bought the items. But if they introduce new items that could either be paid for or earned through the high rip chip boxes, no one should get mad if they just wanted to bypass the rip chip grind and buy the specific item.

We get into some legal gray areas when we talk about taking away items people already paid money for without compensation or a replacement of some kind. It would be evil but making the things we got for purchasing the packs early on — making those buyable again but not in a pack (like, individually) would increase cash drops but make a few people pretty mad.

Im not saying to take anything away from anyone, im saying they add new items. Those items can be directly purchased, or can be earned through the high rip chip boxes. If you want to just bypass the rip chip grind and purchase, go ahead. But if you dont want to endlessly spend money on the game you can grind the game for the free currency to have a chance at a random paid item. As long as its made apparent, there should be little to no problem with that. Other games have done it. If its just clothes/accessories its no problem. If its gameplay items thats a problem.

After you get the first bearing, you will see slab of stone. Take a jump to the ramp and do a jump to the right to South Snake. After that, follow the snake run and the rest is just follow the road. It takes couple try but i just finished in 70s.

I can't even keep up with all the negativity 😆. Some valid comments for sure but a lot of complaints that are more accurately aimed at the business model being implemented not the game itself.

I have my fair share of criticisms of the model as well but at the end of the day the market is there to support it. Do I wish it could be a standalone fully polished game like the old ones? Sure. But it is what it is, no changing it now.

This model may have also been one of the major factors that allowed this game to exist in the first place. Anyone who understands business knows they're here to do one thing - make money; whether or not you are happy about it doesn't change the fact that people are willing to pay and EA will maximize their profits based on this demand.

All that being said, I have an extremely fun time playing this game. I've gone back to all 3 of the previous ones multiple times to compare and cannot stomach the physics/mechanics of the skating, it's not even close. I do sorely miss all the pvp and competitive modes, and the map already feels stale, hopefully more good things are coming in those regards but there is still a lot to love about this game as it currently stands.

Full Circle are the developers—they’re the ones building the game and communicating with us. But they’re still under Electronic Arts, who handles the bigger-picture decisions like funding, deadlines, and monetization.

So when people say “Full Circle lied,” I get the frustration—but it’s not always that simple. Devs don’t have full control over everything they can promise or how things are rolled out. At the same time, they are the ones communicating, so it makes sense they get the backlash.

The reality is: both sides play a role.

If you don’t like the current state of skate., that’s valid. But acting like it’s 100% on the devs or 100% on EA doesn’t really help the conversation—it just turns it into noise.

At the end of the day, we all want the same thing: a good Skate game. Giving clear, constructive feedback is way more useful than just calling people liars.

2. So like, the thing about ketchup that I hate is not it being sweet, but the intensity of the sweetness. Most big ketchup brands use vinegar as a key component and utterly smother it in sugar and high fructose corn syrup that makes it sickeningly sweet. Marinara sauce, tomato soup, raw tomato, salsa, etc. are all fine because they are all a lot less sweet. Also yeah I don't really buy pizza from big chains, both because you can get a pizza here from a local place for cheaper, but also because I can make pizza myself, and when I do I usually do a homemade sauce.
