I’ll say again and again the main issue with this game in its current state is the map. It’s bland and repetitive and causes boredom. We constantly see people say they played skate 2 or 3 for years and never got bored- yet almost everyone is bored already with this game. Because in previous games you had real maps that changed up the pace, atmosphere, features and skate style from area to area. The scenic changes alone freshened up the experience when going to a new location. Tired of skating pools in the burbs? Go hit the mega park. Tired of that? Go skate the financial district ledges. Tired of that? Go bomb some hills. We simply do not have that now.

All in the same setting with the same beige concrete and grey buildings as a backdrop. Yawn. It’s bland, sterile, and uninspiring. I’m happy you enjoy it, but you certainly are in the minority from everything I’ve seen.
