Hardcore is good for most things, but grinds are hard to aim for some reason

Grind assist is also disabled in session and skater xl, but they are still easier to do in them than in hardcore skate 3. why is that? Its not just fully disabled, its like its pushing you away from ledges also

those games are probably more designed around having no grind assist and it just feels better, also are much more newer than any skate game

Yeah, also coupled with different turning mechanics as well. It’s weird, I always found aiming for grinds in skate hardcore stupidly hard, even harder than real life 😅 if there was a hardcore setting in skate that still had a little grind assist that would probably the setting i’d use. The decreased pop in hardcore is perfect

I didn't really focus on tricks. I just rolled.
I'd say a pop-shuvit was my best. Total accident when I pulled it off 30 years ago (really). Then I started skitching mainly to get back and forth to high school. after the tumble in the Caribbean, I didn't even go back into trying tricks. Just speed cruising.

That much I don't know. The only tricks I learned on a normal board were two beginner freestyle tricks. I know nothing about flip tricks. Practicing in grass worked fine for me though. Have you tried grass?
