I get that. I'm alone most of the day myself. Something that has helped is listening to podcasts while doing things to end the deafening silence. But also making my environment to be enjoyable for myself. Hanging up things that make me happy. For me I have some of my hobbies on display to remind myself that I do good work and then I have other artists work on display to keep myself inspired. Surround yourself with good.

Another thing is I stopped viewing online spaces and friends as being separate from irl spaces and friends. This place makes me happy and it is just as real as any other public space. The friendships aren't over just because you log off. It's a good place to be. Kinda like going to a bookstore with a friend.

Don't forget that currently you are in a transitional part of your life switching over from school to a new adult world. That has tons of growing pains with it as you adjust.

It's all good though. You got this!
And after you make some adjustments and you find yourself still feeling like that, definitely take huckman's advice about checking with a doctor. That's their job after all

And yeah, you’re right about the whole transitional phase. That’s what’s had me really somber the past few days, the same sort of repetition of waking up and not filling my day with school, or work, or any sort of social event.

That’s the hardest thing to overcome due to my autism mostly affecting my socialisation. If I don’t socialise or do something I haven’t done, I get bored, then sad, then it leads into small depressive episodes.

I try my best to keep on top of things, and especially with being able to talk with you all, that’s one of the things that makes me happy. I genuinely don’t know what I’d do without y’all, as you have been the people I’ve been the most open with in years.

I've always been a huge fan of vert competitions. Definitely my favorite type of competition. You can do any style you want while given challenges that spot battle can't give you. Like height challenges and best trick challenges.
