Only games discord actually implement support that without regardless of game unless you add a game yourself

Rich Presence is a feature of the partnership between EA and Discord. If Discord is showing you playing something that may or may not be active right now, it's fine. If you decide to talk about it, that's not fine.

Also, you can appear offline if you want to avoid showing folks what you're playing.

That being said, I encourage folks to link their EA and Discord account (up to you). Might have some future plans for drops or whatnot (nothing is locked right now, but you know how other games may do stuff - like activities that can unlock things or whatnot.)

I want to get some time to play It Takes Two with my wife. But we're both looking at diving into Diablo IV when it drops. (Fun fact: when we first started dating - 16 years ago - I started playing an MMO "City of Heroes" and was always a DPS or uber-Tank. She always played healers. We played for years until it went offline - then switched to SWTOR. Same setup. I tank, she keeps me alive (so I can keep her alive. LOL)

It Takes Two is fantastic, definitely not family friendly though haha.
Always on the lookout for the next Josef Fares game as it’s no doubt going to be a great one to play with the wife.
I ended up having to buy an Xbox One before we moved in as she was into Overwatch and was a good opportunity to play together, then she made me shell out for Destiny too

The issue with living together and playing the same singleplayer story games, is you have to block out playtime in order to not spoil the game for each other

The linkage between the EA App and Discord for Rich Presence is something we're aware of. For Origin, it would show "R&D" but EA App shows if someone is in the playtest.

@odd ocean You won't get kicked out of the playtest if your Discord status shows you're playing. BUT - if you talk about it, stream it, post images or videos outside of the proper private and closed area that playtesters were invited to, that is a different story.

TL;DR - not your fault for Discord showing status. You can hide it or not. But don't talk about the playtest. Thanks for asking!
