If you want to check your own Illuvitar rarity, there is no such official tool on the website. Best bet is to do it yourself or use one of the third-party sites that tell you the rarity. Keep in mind that they might not be 100% correct. But numbers are probably good enough to compare between two Illuvitars.

How accurate those numbers are I don't know. How useful they are, even less. But it's a good start if you want to compare Illuvitars.

I've played other games that had huge first advantage, and it's not fun being the newbie. I really hope they expand the leaderboard and get some games out, where the leaderboard is just a part of the overall subset of beyond.

Do you think overworld, etc. will have a first mover advantage also?

Overworld will have a grinder's advantage. First ones will probably make more money faster but anyone who grinds even later can catch holos and dark holos, those will be the prised illuvials. Arena is skill based so I think the only first advantages will be less competition and more time to learn the game, but a skilled autobattler player can come later and still do well. For a lot higher prizes than illuvitar leaderboard too...

Pull rates across some of the tiers have been improved this wave.
Along with the reduced pricing, you should be able to pull higher rarity illuvitars at a reduced cost when compared to wave 1.
You will still need luck though, because in spite of this you could still pull absolute ass 😆 .

Out of 1500 disks you would be very unlucky to not pull at least some rare accessories, but it is still possible.
It's a gamble at the end of the day. If you have fun and you can stand some bad luck, why not. You don't need to open them all.

1. The plates will be sent in a little while. All I know is that the last date of claiming them was the 28th of July (i think). After that they would start the printing process and would be shipped in due time.

I cant give you a date but i would expect shipments to be done relatively soon.

2. The d1sk prizes from last wave should be airdropped next week~ at least that is the aim.

Repost:

Astute observers may have noticed an unexpected increase in the supply of Wave 1 D1sks (an increase of 694 d1sks). This was an error: in minting the Wave 1 rewards I mistakenly thought they should be Wave 1 D1sks, rather than Wave 2 D1sks. These D1sks are in an Illuvium Ops Wallet, they have not been distributed.

To address this issue these Wave 1 d1sks will be held in the Illuvium Ops wallet until they can be safely burned. Thus they will not affect the rarity of your current D1sks or Illuvitars. Be aware, they will still impact calculations of total supply.

Very sorry for the trouble. I'll be in the Beyond chat for an hour or so if anyone wants to ask further questions.

• T5 accessories : People only need this for their best illuvitar , so rarely sell , if you check, the activity on T5 S3 accessories is very low, due to them being so expensie, tier 5 stage 1 2 actually sold more
• Illuvitar : Low sale due to this being the second wave, where less people ape in. Also I think we still havent hit the big collectible audience, just circulating in Illuvium circle. More disk would also increase the number of illuvitar, you would need extra rare to sale well or cut the floor (obviously you did) .

hopefully we will see sale pick up once the game is release to public . Where people buy Illuvitar to trade/ battle like pokemon card (we dont have CCG yet, waiting for Johnny to bring the big gun)

If people continue popping disks at the same rate without any additional buyers, prices are looking to get even weaker.
Hopefully with the release of the collection rewards/extended leaderboard, we will see more demand come in as people put more effort into the collecting side of the game.

I don't think there is anything like that planned, but they will have in game visual advantages (flex factor), potential animations etc to make them stand out above unlimited variants.

I would love to see that option. It provides opportunity to users to remove bonded accessories that they dont like. It may also drive secondary market for bonded Illuvitars. Not a bad option to increase market activities

If people had the ability to rebond, every bonded illuvitar would in effect be reusable, which reduces the demand for clean illuvitars. Right now if you have bonded "incorrectly", you have to either buy disks to pull another one or buy a new illuvitar from secondary market to bond "correctly".
The rebond feature would kill this aspect, so you may boost the accessory market, but at the expense of the disk/illuvitar market. Is it worth it. I believe not.

Maybe the mechanism for unbonding can come from Zero as something that can be researched in the Research Lab. But make it super hard and/or time consuming to do just a single unbonding. This adds to the cross-playing aspect of the game and puts more attention to Illuvium Zero.

IDK Why it would. Illuvium connects wallet to illuvidex for sleeving and recognizing applicable nfts that can be bought and sold on the market. But stand alone Zero app recognizes land in the wallet and stores data in game and server-side based on the existence of that land in the wallet. The only way land gets wiped is if land is transferred out of wallet. But unlinking wallet from illuvidex wouldn't alter land's existence in the wallet and therefore data should all remain in tact. That's what seems logical to me anyway.

No, it is my unique PFP. You most likely won‘t be able to recreate such a PFP. For me it expresses strength, fun and coolness. Three qualities I don’t have in real life. The glasses hide the goofy eyes, which makes it look cooler IMO.

I think the biggest problem is that there is no user case for rare ones. People rather buy a cheap normal adoredo and bond the shit out if it instead of a holo one that they proberly wont even bond since its to rare. Maybe they could add some extra album slots for this. For example a special slot made for only tier 5 holo's or a slot for a tier 4,5 background in combination with a affinity, class or a specific illuvitar.

Though how they configured the pricing estimate is a little beyond my understanding - asking some questions to our dev guru @coral moth now. To the best of my knowledge the estimated pricing is based in ETH not USD. So as Eth goes up and down so would the Estimated value while the Eth amount would stay the same.

The model uses its “knowledge” from other sales to infer what a decent price would be for something with little or no sales. So it knows a basic ebb is ~0.0017 and say a phyri which is also a 4/1 is 0.0044 2.58x the price. The estimate on a phyri with a 5/1 bg is 0.0692, or 2.35x the price.

Now this is a EXTREME oversimplification. This is a neural net. The patterns it may derive are much more complex than just “this thing is 2x more so make that thing 2x more”.

Ohh, I think I remember seeing that reward. Yes, for one person to create something that the team would create. I think a contest would be cool that the fans could vote on or something. As for reward, maybe something for just "Flex", like NFT or the Accessory on a Diskplate signed by the team. I wouldn't want ILV rewarded since this should be inspiration from the heart.

And it could be set up either a single accessory or come up with a set (eyes, head, body, prop, skin). I feel like I have ideas although I wouldn't have the digital art talent to render it up 🤣

Makes sense to me that if someone helps design something they can get a copy of it or something. From my understanding accessories will run in sets. So once Set 2 has started there will be a new collection of accessories to play with . But yeah all great ideas

Yes, Set 2 would be when new accessories are released so maybe then. I also get that impression since Wave 2 had the same accessories. I think the Team would like this idea since it channels the collective creativeness of the community and potentially takes non-production time off their plate.

So I did themed collections even though I don't think they have to be, Set 1 - T2 / T3 / T4 kinda had a theme going. One of my set ideas was pirate themed [Head = Pirate Hat / Eyes = Eye Patch / Body = Pirate Beard / Prop = Orange (b/c he's a pirate 😂 ) / Skin = Parrot on shoulders or somewhere (like ring piercing T2). Another set would be unicorn-rainbow themed since that stuff always ends up being a hit in games for skins and such. The challenge is something up with accessories that could fit the Illuvitars, not cover too much of the beautiful art, and not feel redundant aka another type of glasses for the eyes, etc.

I'm not sure since it looks like the Art Team may have manually set accessories for each Illuvitar which would add extra work to have them go back to Set 1 Illuvitars to bond to Set 2 accessories.

Oh I am sure when a contest like that happens it will be widely advertised on the Illuvium Twitter and through email campaigns those kind of things are always great for community engagement.

Yes the plan is for all accessories to be bondable to all Illuvitars current and future. It's part of what makes creating new accessories a bit of a pain since they have to be fitted to all Illuvitars and all the various expressions. Probably also why they're confining accessories to sets rather than new ones each wave
