You can buy d1sks and participate in the collection type game that is Illuvium:Beyond without a beta pass! Do note that the entire premise of the game is that you buy Profile pictures and use accessories to boost their points. The points allow you to go on the leaderboard and earn rewards.

In the future, these Illuvitars from Illuvium beyond will have more functionality. As of now, this particular game is solely a gacha store with a ranking system. (Still very enjoyable to test your luck :))

Probably not but have you heard anything about where IMX is on creating native swap functionality? Seems like that would be a top prio as dex’s are one of if not the most use apps on chains.

Obviously their focus is in the non fungible world but they do have multiple tokens on imx so swapping between them is a no brainer.
I know they have intentions, I just have no clue if that’s weeks, months, or years. Hopefully not years..

I believe the issue is that IMX natively doesnt support smart contract operations, so technically they will need to use this Polygon ZKEVM to their advantage and create an IMX chain to bridge to for swaps essentially. At least that's my understanding of how it could work. Like potentially, Pedro mentioned, really we could even create ILV chain and have swaps using ILV as gas on a ZKevm.

The entire machine learning algorithm is being swapped out to something much more sophisticated. Which is why it's taking so long haha. What we were using before was much simpler to get right, but it had it's limitations. This new algo is much harder to get something sensible, but much more powerful in that it can predict things like a holo rhamphyre even though there has only ever been that holo rare rham that's been sold.

Right now I would say $200 region seems pretty accurate.
They are fairly rare though so I think a good candidate to perform well over time.
We're unlikely to see many more at this late stage of the mint too as there's only been less than 10 minted thus far.

Unfortunately due to limitations with IMX you still have to sign each transaction. It’s still easier than buying individually though.

Rarity score is a score from 1 - 100,000, where 1 is the most common illuvial possible and 100,000 is the most rare possible (holo rare rhamphyre 5/3 bg).
Rank is the rank of that illuvial from all that are currently minted. So obviously there aren't any holo rare rhamphyre 5/3 bg, but there is a holo rare rham 3/2, which is currently rank 1.

Illuvimaster has that function I believe. But having an official tool in the Illuvidex might be more complicated than we think.
What if there are no similar illuvitars listed? what if the same one listed has a ridiculously high floor price price that's not realistic? what if the illuvitars have accessories (and therefore not easily comparable)? What if people use this feature, sell at or below indicated floor price then regret and complain about the feature ("oh I didn't realise the floor ramphy had a clown nose so I sold mine too cheap").
Because there can be so many variations to illuvitars, I think people should do their research before they sell, otherwise they'll blame someone else for their mistakes. Just my opinion of course and hope you'll get your answer

Illuvidex won't be getting a lot of updates in the coming months, the focus is on the games, I won't categorically say that feature will or won't be added, but just generally, until Open Beta launch, priority will always lie with the games

(there will be some updates, just noting its not going to be a high priority)

I don't think there is any harm in (cautiously) exploring the ecosystem of third-party tools that are out there, although I can't endorse connecting your wallet to them you can at the very least use them as market research tools

1. buy some disks (or use the marketplace to directly buy Illuvitars) -> 2. open the disks -> 3. place the Illuvitars you get inside your album to score points. Check the leaderboard to see if you're in top 100 (if you're not repeat steps 1-3 until you're there 🙂 )

Every week there's a snapshot of the leaderboard taken - and top 100 players automatically get rewards in ILV

Neither, disks contain illuvitars (which are portraits of illuvials), not illuvials (which are the nft creatures you can only catch in the overworld). And there are no skins for illuvials (there are skins for many other things such as armour, weapons, drones etc., but you can't get these from disks)

Yes, they are, thats why I said you can't get skins from disks. Skins can only be produced by blueprint owners, apart from some reward skins such as the battleboard skin you get for buying 500 disks.

Yes they are... but blueprints are obtained from IL Zero (the land game) and using those you can craft skins in the Overworld (open world illuvials capturing game). Illuvium Beyond it's a collectible game where you get illuvitars(not the same as Illuvials) to place in your digital album and score points.

the snapshot is done at the exact time, but do be careful being stealth as whats in the system is what is captured, for example if you sent a sleeving action 5 seconds before the time frame it might take a few seconds to get to us and a few seconds to process, you could miss out

if you saw yourself in the leaderboard before the time, then you should be good, the snapshot uses the same data as the leaderboard UI/web

(of course someone could have sniped just a little later than you too)

The good news is you can buy on the Illuvidex (the marketplace...make sure to sort by lowest price) good Illuvitars to fill out your collection and even ones already with accessories that give you more points (but make sure you are paying less than the pieces cost individually). Still early in the whole wave process, with next wave coming.

Haven't pulled any rhamphy, adoredo, geyyser or squizz yet, so not that lucky. When buying (and opening) 10k could very well be the minimum. But if you start collecting right now (at the end of wave) I would assume you would choose secondary market as your main source of points for lb. Haven't done the math but 10k seems steep looking at floor right now.
