Zero point transducer will be used for minting the blueprints during the minting window. You are able to find the blueprints in the game without the zero point transducer (zpt). The zpt is going to be used to move #🎮〕illuvium-zero assets onto the blockchain.

Higher levels of the mat lab will be helpful after launch because that allows you to discover higher tier/stage blueprints. But right now all the blueprints are tier 1/stage 1.

The tech is being deployed now, turning minting on is a single admin action. But it didn't make a lot of sense to launch a feature a day before the mandatory shut down period. I think if you have waited this long 13 days won't hurt too much.
(Background: we were hoping to be a few days earlier so we had a full staff for support for the first few days of minting)

I don’t see that as an option. Like some have been saying no one forced us to buy land. It was a risk.

Contrary to what some are saying my proposal isn’t trying to change anything. I believe land was sold with the promise of 5% in-game revenue and I’m just trying to ensure that happens.

If we just leave it at fuel sales it will dramatically decrease the value as a long term hold because there’s no promise that future games would incorporate fuel.

the main reason to play now is to get all 15 blueprints per land so that you can mint them when the minting window opens on Jan 3rd

once you mint all the 15 BPs in this Alpha, you can keep them as they are NFTs logged on the blockchain

the minted BPs aren't/can't be wiped

only the structures and others like fuel, element and credits are wiped out

We land owners get benefit of blueprint and we get 5% of revenue from players buying fuel. Ive calculated this to be between 60-75 of the revdis to be fuel. I think its a more risky asset then illuvium staking but imagine we get constant fuel to catch illuviuls and we can find rare blueprint of the land. Im holding on to my land for these reasons since im a 50% gamer and 50% investor 🥰🍀

It depends on the tier of land you have and how much time you're willing to put into the game. With a tier 3, was able to get a consistent scanning loop running within a day. Might take a couple days with tier 1 and 2.

Started the free tier 2 from scratch and was able to get my fuel harvesting infrastructure up within 2 hours (using speed up tokens and regularly playing). I was wrong when I said scanning within a day. Extraction time for first fuel alone takes about 17 hours after building a path. Realistically, I think getting a singularity scanner on a tier 2 is more realistically 3-6 days.

Trading fees seem like a stretch stretch to me to be considered "in-game revenue". Once you have the NFTs, there are many marketplaces to sell them on outside of the Illuvidex, people could even move them to L1. The Illuvidex is about the least usable option right now.

I made a thing for numbers awhile back. It went through a couple versions. If you change the DAU to dollars then you get dollar output. There’s significant variance between my models.
