there will be a new feature added for open beta where plants can produce dyes... you can create skin variants with the dyes..

you develop the land and build scanners. scanners find biodata. research biodata in the mat lab and eventually find blueprints.

takes about 2-3 weeks on a t1 to develop and find first biodata. about 1.5-2 months or so to find all bps. higher tier plots go faster.

yep. that's why the big difference in pricing. t3/4 develop fuels way faster and in more abundance because of landmark bonuses.

so after the minting window for this current season there will be a full wipe on all lands... then update so everyone starts fresh

seems like zero players will be able to get started before open beta in order to develop lands and have fuel to sell when game launches.... waiting on more details about all that tho

How does one craft an illuvial with a blueprint? They need shards?

The holy grail is the biodata that you find from scanning. If you find biodata for say, an Umbre, and no one else has found that biodata... then you control the supply of blueprints. You can choose to make 1 or 5 or 100... obviously the less you make the rarer the blueprint.

Right now this is what a Blueprint looks like in Zero. We are yet to see how this will translate in the other game AFAIK. I haven't seen what an Atlas Physical Armor 1 will look like anyway. Anyone else know? Anyhow... there will be many more possible to get when the game launches... but they will be much harder to find... less scan success.

Blueprints will be nfts and are cosmetics that can be put on or taken off AFAIK.

Shards are separate from blueprints... Shards are what is needed in the Overworld to CATCH Illuvials. They will be crafted by combining Hyperion Fuel with the Shard fragments found from mining in the Overworld.

Illuvials won't be crafted... just caught. But you can fuse 3 stage 1 Illuvials to make a stage 2.... then fuse 3 stage 2 Illuvials to make a stage 3. So you need essentially 9 stage 1 Illuvials to make a Stage 3 Fully evolved one.

Replace the word Blueprints with skins 😄
Remeber, Blueprints are kind of like recipes for skins. The Blueprint basically tells your ranger how he need to use all those materials to craft a skin.

Illuvials are not craftable you need to catch them in the Overworld or buy them from others on the Illuvidex.
During the catching process, you need to battle them first and if you won, you can use SHARDS to catch them.
Shards are kind of Illuviums "pokeballs"

No, biome doesn't matter much in s1 since the droprates are very high.
You most likely get an atlas as first biodata in halcyon see, and an archie in abyssal basin for example, but thats all.

yea, a lot of people complained already that the rewards for playing and holding for so long are too low.
Team is aware, and is trying to figure something out.
There was already an IIP for additional rewards, but it got declined by cauncil, due to too much workload.

Not sure how it is related to worload but ok 😄 They could just give tier1 tier 2 or some tier3 during mint based on some luck rate probability. They have to implement that minting so it is not much extra work to reward this way.

Somebody with Tier 4 land get same thing what tier 1 land can farm. I got with tier3 land 2 biodata and 1 blueprint in three days. Kind of sucks for long time holders must say

it was proposed to get a battleboard if you reach certain achievements in a certain period of time.
To take pressure out of the team it was proposed to create a redeem token instead of the battleboard itself, so people could get the battleboard itself on a later stage when they had time to make it.
But obviously creating the token and achievements was too much.

• Backend integration with the new Client is now flying along, focusing on a very strong foundation for the new build is starting to pay off.

• I've shared several new reward ideas with the founders, and hopefully they agree to take some to take to council.

Fuel Earnings
Landowners will earn approximately 5% of all in-game revenue. Players can extract Fuel from Tier 1-5 Land, which is connected to the economy of Illuvium and can be sold on the IlluviDex for Ethereum (ETH). Landowners play their Land plot in the Illuvium Zero game to build up their Land and produce Fuel and Elements. After building the necessary structures, players can trade their Fuel at any time for ETH.

Blueprint Generation
Using a Singularity Scanner, Landowners scan for Illuvials to produce Biodata. The Biodata is Researched in the Materials Lab to Discover Blueprints. Blueprints can be minted as an NFT and then sold on the IlluviDex for ETH or used to craft new cosmetic skins.

But keep in mind, if you buy token, you get revdies from staking. Which means:

• No work
• Additional income sources such as marketplace fees, merch, movies/tv shows etc.

Its not giving more fuel than other but the price is much lower than it should be based on a 7 500 000 staked ILV for rev dis.
For me if my calculation is right based on a token price of 94 dollar, there is 40% better to buy a land than 13 tokens now.

No work, i understand, huge factor as just an investor. But since im planning to play the game im happy to have fuel and additional find rare blueprints which can only be find by land oweners.

The additional income sources is also revdis from my understanding. 5% what ever illuvium is profiting on is going to 95% stakers and 5% lands

Converter has an active conversion(which you also have to Start manually) and a passive production.
Watch out for the efficiency when you are actively converting, or you might end up loosing fuel if efficiency is low.

I think it's not so much about leveling up but rather getting what you need to advance quickly, let me explain... in my opinion the converters are the key to advance faster in obtaining the elements and then fuels, as long as you have them with a good percentage. In the middle of the game the market serves as another converter because you look for the offers where you win and if you leave the land and re-enter there are new offers... something basic is the issue of putting together the first converters to the sources of the same element which increases its percentage and have the buildings enclosed by paths, do not spend the coins at the beginning on constructions of less than 1 hour at least and dedicate as much time as you can at the beginning because the construction/collection times are short, I may run out more things but reading what people put here helps a lot

I think you have let yourself be carried away by the FOMO of ILV, if you dream that it will return to $300 you have done well taking advantage of the fact that the lands have risen. But ILV has risen too much from $38.
And I have always said that investment in land is more stable and reasonable than Token. I bought them for $600 and sold them for $50.
Lands dropped to 33% of their value and ILV tokens to 18% of their value. Had you started playing to get blueprint?

That makes sense. I prefer a t2 to a t1. Just the grind to level my t1 up is rough. Recently I know some people have said t2 are the best value. But ROI is tough to measure at this time, since ROI is going to be based on how much fuel is being used in the games by players. For most of the higher tiers I’ve always considered the scarcity of the status symbol as the biggest long term value. But that’s me. Don’t let my opinions influence your decision to buy land. Matching the more than 100 different illuvials across 5 tiers of rarity each with 3 stages. But each land tier will have access to all of that. And since those are on a bonding curve similar to illuvials being captured in the overworld then the sooner a player finds a blueprint or even biodata the easier it will have been to do so.

really depends also on what you want to do...
1xt3 will get you more fuel faster and quicker to get scanners going. But 5xt1 can get you more scanners over a longer time. Some people plan to use t1/t2 for scanning and t3/4 for fueling. Some will try a mix of fuel and blueprints on all tiers. All depends on what you want most and how much time you want it to take.

You can change the Illuvium account password if you know the email address and log into there.
So you probably could make it so that your "scholar" can't access the email address. But if they then forget the password, you'll have to hop in and rectify things again.

Without giving access to email, the owner would be safer. Less hassle if the other person starts messing around. You can even completely remove them from the account if you change the password yourself and odn't give email access to the scholar.
But, you can still send the lands somewhere else, away from the wallet that was connected to the previous account. Yes you'd lose progress, but your assets remain safe.

Nobody except the devs really know.
You can make estimations what is better with the numbers we have now, but those could and most likely will change.
Ingame mechanics such as pathing, efficiency etc. might change for open beta or after. Which leads to other layouts and most likely other output numbers.
New building which gets introduced in open beta(or later), hasn't been tested yet and most likely didn't even got calculated in in older youtuber vids, because they didn't know about the building.

If you want to make buy with assumptions right now:

• check the numbers of output for each tier.
• Check the price differences.
• Just pay a minimal premium (max 15% for high tiers max 5%for low tiers)for lands right next to each other and just pay it if you intend to build a megacity.
• Just pay a minimal premium for a well balanced land plot (balanced in sites of fuel/elements)
• Just pay a minimal premium for a good layout of sites-locations of the plot if you intend to build for blueprints, if you intend to build on fuel don't pay that premium.

In order to be able to research biodata in your material labs for blueprints, you need to find the biodata first.
Biodata you find with your scanners scanning your land.
Those scanners have a big area of effect in where no other building should take place. If there are buildings in that area, the efficiency of your scanner drops.

What do you mean create a service yourself?

Doing it manually on your own will probably be the best way early on. The polemos system requires a renter to make a polemos custodial wallet to link to an illuvium account. If you have a scholar that quits on you you will have to return the land and lose a lot of the progress (not exactly sure what transfers and what doesnt) When you do this manually you can just change the password on the scholar account and give to another and no progress is lost.
A bigger problem with the current polemos model is they pay the lended a share of the returns based on an average of what other renters are doing on similar land. Kind of confusing, but lets say there are 10 T1 Lands rented out. The renter for your land plays it 100% efficient and the other 9 players dont play at all. When you get paid out for that time period you and each of the renters will only get 10% of that.

As of current game design, I can confirm that when land is moved from one player to another Biodata and Facts are transferred with the plot, so buyer receives them. Blueprints are kept in seller's wallet. Biodata and Facts are not wallet-related, they are part of the plot data being transferred.

Regarding the 5% revenue from the fuel.

Technically, land owners get 5% of the revenue from the fuel sales right. Somebody explained it to me and gave an example:

If I sell 100 solon, I will see that I sold 100 solon for 100 eth. (this is 5%).

But on the market, the DAO takes that 100 solon and put additional 95% solon to make up the 100%. a total of 2000 solon to be sold on market. Then the 1900 sales will be gained by the DAO.

My question is, technically, how is the DAO adding that 95%? Are they magically producing it or what. TIA.

So the current plan is that the Blueprints that Players get from Research are initially not minted, and Players can later choose to mint them into Blueprint NFTs. This is so that in case Player gets a BP they don't really want, they can still remove it before it's minted. Once it is minted, however, they will no longer be removable.

I thougut a land had its own data lab that records what blueprints are found on there. It would get wiped when transferring owner. So the blueprints would be specific to a land or megacity.

The current plan is to make it so Player is more likely to get more rare Blueprints if they upgrade their Materials Lab. But it works in a way that, first Player upgrades the Singularity Scanner, which gives them access to rarer BioData and then upgrading the Materials Lab will unlock the ability for Players to Research this more rare BioData (which, in turn, can result in rarer BPs)

If you find Rhamphy, you can then find rhamphite.

And if you change owner, thát is removed.

So even if you get rhe rhamphy blueprint, you still need to find the rhamphy + rhamphite biodata on another land to research the rhamphite stuff for the stage 2 blueprint.

Well, not exactly, basically we have these Facts. And Facts are something that you get in case you fail to get a Blueprint. So, when you are doing Research there is a chance that you will either fail, find a blueprint OR get a fact about that BioData (Illuvial). The more Facts you have the more likely you are to get a Blueprint associated with that BioData (Illuvial). So the more Research you do the more likely you are to succeed

Thanks, so requirements to get a Rhamphy blueprint are high level Singularity Scanner that allows you to find the Rhamphy biodata and a high level Materials Lab that allows you to research based on that Rhamphy biodata. Facts help with research, but nothing else is required, right? Good question Garf asks if you need to also scan the Rhamphite biodata first?

Yes that's right, Higher level Singularity Scanner and Materials Labs unlock the ability to scan and research say Rhamphy, while Facts help with your chances to get the Blueprint that features Rhamphy.

Regarding Scanning, so it's not as direct as that, but it's sort of like that. Basically, we have this pool of BioData that you draw from, and you can't get the same BioData twice. So, considering that Rhamphy would more common (more likely to be drawn) while Rhamphite would be less common, we could say that getting Rhamphy increases your chances of getting Rhamphite since with Rhamphy out of the pool, there is now less items to draw from.

• Biodata don't follow a tree. In theory; first biodata you find could be a rhamphyre (If the scanner has the lvl needed)
• Facts don't increase the chance of the affinity, it just increases the chance of finding a BP of that specific Illuvial the fact is about.
• blueprints dont follow a tree. In theory first blueprint i find could be a drone rhamphyre BP.
• Blueprints minted and not-minted are stored in the account, not in the data bank of your plot.
• Land transfer between wallets only wipes elements stored, nothing else. (what about fuel?)

Question:

• Is it possible to find the exact same Blueprint multiple times on the same account?
• What else is shared account-wide? (Biodata, facts?)

Which is why I'm waiting till till open beta to do any negotiating, but I'll definetly be looking for some people who know what they're doing. I'd rather give a slightly higher percentage to someone who can play efficiently than a lower % to someone with no experience.

If you want to go ham, place like 10 next to each other. Even with 50% efficiency they produce quite a bit!

Just pay attention if you actively convert fuel to keep your efficiency high.
If efficiency is low, you End up with a net loss.
Best was in early game is probably as garf said; Spam multiple low efficiency and just let them passively produce fuel.

Is basically a teleport structure.
As far as community knows, you will need it for:

• Transfer ressources between your plots
• Minting Blueprints
• Maybe other stuff which needs to be teleported.
  Keep in mind, these infos might be old and not up to date with developement, and can change anytime
