Today, we have only two main ending focus: NFTs and/or Fuels. Who knows what we can have in the future (years ahead).

is there a list of production at each level as well as cost for scanner at each of its levels? Trying to see realistically how much my tier 1 plot can handle. No point building more scanners if it can't be sourced
You can find that also on illuvitect, on the top bar you'll find the "Database"

We don't know exactly how upgraded scanners (or labs) will work yet.
We'll probably get more info when we get closer to Beta.

Not sure but on the previous release I was able to get quite a bit of scans successful every 3 or so days

no, the only way to know currently is if you noted down when it finished building (or upgrading)

Scanner efficiency essentally affect its success rate correct? So itll be hard to have more than 2 scanners per plot and be truely efficent. Trying to maximize scans with wasting time

Depends a lot on layout as Vana said and also on the tier. For higher tier you would need fewer converters so more room to spare. I have currently 4 scanners running at 100% in a T3

Sounds like this could be used for a second roll of the dice though. First there's a simple fixed percentage that you scan something. Then to define what you scanned you would consider the amount per region as a % to figure out which data was scanned
like there would be a base chance multiplied by your efficiency and the weights for the affinity it picks

as far as I know it's just another multiplier added on top of everything else (but applied before rounding)
yeah, I was wondering what the percentages are per tier and if I'm missing something on what it applies. I know storage and fuel generation are affected, guessing material as well but wanted some confirmation of someone that played different tiers

Most upgrades indicate what they will do to enhance the building.
I think fuel converter is the only building to have the same passive value for both lv1 and lv2, so that might be a bit confusing

I have a few ideas, should probably type something up
I'm sure there would be balancing so you can't be run over. I guess there will be some rails like you would have "controlled losses". From the top of my mind now, one way would be for example to dedicate part of your resources to come up with your defenses, say some fuel, materials and so on. Then that allows you to be part of the "land fighting" game. If you are attacked and loses, the attacker gains a % of the amount you spent to build your defenses and you loose it all. If you win, you would get their resourses
I could see it being a thing if the raid rewards are like tech chips that boost your production rates or building times for a limited time or something (as opposed to direct stealing)
I think fuel converter is the only building to have the same passive value for both lv1 and lv2, so that might be a bit confusing
but also for the lore, imagine if you can explore the world with army is a endless game

Loosing a battle would still mean you need to loose something right? You may be on to something with efficiency being the reward, but you would have to have commited something like fuel to get a chance of winning a fight

That's actually an interesting aspect of it; how to fit the mechanics in the lore. If you don't have an army technically you could be overrun by anyone. There could be a device you need to keep powered to shield your land for example, that way you need to consume something to keep the shield up and not participate in raids. But if the raiding is ever implemented, everybody gotta be subject and affected by it somehow I think

THanks Vana, I've been checking their wiki 🙂 Just trying to confirm a couple of things and some math since I had collected and massaged some data based on my T3 without considering the boosts

in the current build plants decrese the scanning efficiency though. Don't forget to clear them before clicking the scanner when ready 😉

plants require a 2x2 area of empty space to grow, so you don't have to have all of it paths, just don't have a big enough space is enough

data bank? I think data banks give a hidden bonus only to labs. power stations don't get an efficiency bonus

Okey, and the higher upgrades for the labs surves only higher tier illuvials, right? So due to the fact that the only once are low tier illuvial biodata which we can find. It doesnt make any sense.
Data Banks currently only have 1 level
They're meant to increase how many Biodata you can store in the beta
For now all they do is add up to +30% efficiency to nearby Material Labs
(Compared to Power Stations that only add +10%)
So what's the data bank for then? If power stations can boost the material lab as well.

Unknown, but generally from my experience about 5-10%
First one is usually easier than the rest of them
It's supposed to attract other Illuvials of the same affinity
Having an Atlas on display will attract other Water Illuvials for example
Alpha only has one of each affinity though, so it doesn't actually do anything right now

Optimizing the plot is a very complex optimization problem to solve.
A fact is found instead of a blueprint. It’s a consolation prize for research. It’s better than failing research. But it’s not as good as research that results in a blueprint.

I think I also recall hearing that facts increase the chance of finding blueprints for that biodata. Is that a thing?
yeah i thought it was like there are [x] number of facts and if you exhaust all the facts then you're guranteed to get a blueprint

I dont think you're ever guaranteed a blueprint but I kinda remember something about facts increasing the odds of finding them
REALLY need a timer on fuel passive generation, I am totally blocked from doing anything until they spit out some stuff for me, would love to know when I can check back

You can always have your own timer from the minute you collected passive resources for the last time! but yeah, a timer would help 🙂
to clarify, it's [Y]% of success for your lab, and if your lab is successful, then it's [???]% for fact/blueprint, and so you can exhaust the pool of facts and thus only be left with blueprints that you can discover

I have some tier1 to my cities attached so I can easily scan on them and put everything else on full production mode.
Yeah, I just grabbed a T1, debated grabbing more a bit back, but I saw some chatter about ILV, vs. land yields that had me hesitate!
Using T1's as dedicated scanner plots is a really good idea, for those with the means!
It would be cool if you could just see where you at right now and where the others are. Anyone played tribal wars? You can have this sort of world map and see other cities and the more points they gather (from developing there cities) the cooler they look.

I haven't played any of them since then until 2 dayz ago - absolutley love the game! It reminds me a lot about the good old dayz in tribal wars which made so much fun!

I really hope that there are going to be more mechanics towards fighting each other. So being able to enable and disable PVP mode on your lands and then kind of build it up just for fun. And having other plots were you have disabled it and simply farm blueprints and fuel.
I will buy credits and builders that's for sure!

Illuvium Zero could open us lots of doors to mobile gamers were there are tons of them in asian regions with deep pockets!
i'm sure development works in stages and allocated project,s but personally i'd relaly like to see the team polish the current state of the game and show us that they can really take this all to a top tier level. currently, Zero really does seem like a B project (at least to me). Certain not AAA or top tier quality...
it's super fun, i'm mean, it's all i've been doing. there's so much potential but it sometimes seems like the team is just running around trying to do too much without picking up on the details that really make something top tier
I have to partly disagree. The design of the buildings and so forth is incredible good and detailed which could lead easily to a csgo kind of style game in no time. Considering all the buildings are done.
Or building cities in overworld with them (just an idea) - so many possibilities!
i mean, but the buildings are single dimension, so you can't flip them, the color palates are pretty limited per plot, there's no real animations, the sound design is confusing and a bit reduntant (you get the same pings from different activities), stuff like that.
I'm definitely picking at the edges - like i said, it's a great game. just saying if they really want to be like clash of clans level populatiry, things need more polish.

In my personal view, I do agree with some stuff you mention and I think we simply have to give them a little bit more time to get it right and I'm sure they will sooner then later polish it further!
But beisdes all of that Illuvium Zero meant to be a "mini game" which it isn't anymore, that's for sure - it's part of the big picture and an important one, as soon as everything has been launched then there will be plenty of time getting everything even further polished but for now the focus should be getting everything out before we focus to much on the details.
The overal picture counts and for Illuvium Zero I would say the job they have done over the last months has been incredible good - comparing it with it's previous look!

The reality is that it gets complicated when there is the ability to retain buildings on the lands after they transfer ownership. The goal is for there NOT to be an unlimited amount and an exponentially increasing number of blueprints that are minted. The difficulty of finding blueprints will increase over time due to a bonding curve much like the bonding curve that will be used for capturing illuvials in #🎮〕illuvium-overworld. But the exact parameters of how that will all work is not yet clear. Because the game is still being developed. And some things may need to be tweaked to avoid drastic unbalance and potential exploits.
Here is my current understanding of what the game will be like after public launch: Your game account would not be able to mint more than one copy of the things that you get in the game. Because getting one thing in the game means you get one thing, not more not less. When you scan and find bio data then your land/account has that bio data. When that land is transferred the buildings remain but the data is lost (lost to you and to the new owner of the land). IF you had used that data to do research then you would have likely done enough research to produce facts and blueprints. Facts may or may not be kept on a game account even if that land is transferred (not certain, but it does not matter very much). Blueprints that are discovered can be minted. They really should be minted. Because once minted they will be their own NFT that will be able to be held, sold, transferred separately from the land NFT.
If I buy a land that someone else had used to mint a blueprint I would not be purchasing their blueprint. Nor would I be purchasing their bio data. Nor would I be purchasing their facts. I would only be buying their land (and likely the buildings on their land). I would then be able to scan for bio data and research for facts and blueprints. This bio data, facts, and blueprints may or may not (statistically, probably not) end up being the same as the ones that the previous owner had.

I apparently had a solid plan and managed to execute it pretty much flawlessly so far (now it's just luck with finding Illuvials so I can start researching)
In my T1 plot i think i will make 3 scanrs and 12 reserch spot.. maybe the most i can to have maximum results
2-3 scanners seems to be close to max for most people depending for fuel site locations

Unfortunately, it is not available for iOS due to Apple's internal policies. The team is working to address this issue by the time of the launch. Zero is still in the alpha stage

In the build option, if you have a solon node, it will be green
tell us your land ID or send a screenshot of your land. you dont need to necessarily upgrade everything to level V, you can identify the critical path needed to upgrade/build a solon converter

My strat, right now, with a T1 land is pushing my Nexus to unlock power stations, I have 3 of each fuel converter and I think that is max for my current build, might be better once I have the insane power station capacity of top tier nexus levels, but for now I don't want to take the efficiency hit!

What do you guys think about the blueprints we can get in this season? They will not get burned when we craft a skin right? So in theory there is unlimited supply of the skins that they can create which kinda makes the blueprints worth not much imo since there will be so many of them that can produce the same skins over and over again

Imo the blueprints should also get burned when crafting something so that theres at least some sort of rarity, maybe make it so that the common ones can craft 5 skins and the rarer ones less or something like that

To create a skin you need to sacrifice an illuvial right?.. so Atlas for example is only available in Season 1 .. after season 1 no more Atlases ... or at least they won't be able to be caught anymore in the Overworld... so creating Atlas skins is going to naturally be more difficult as the supply of Atlases will drop (remember that to get an Axon you need to burn 3 Atlas.. and to get an Axodon you need to burn 3 Axons) . Now you see how these WILL have greater value long term? It doesn't matter you own the blueprint if there aren't any Atlases left on the market to create the skin

Lol.. i think otherwise but time will tell. At least it solved your issue with the unlimited supply. Blueprints will have value imo - maybe not the T1 or T2s in general - that's why i'm reserved in expecting high value or return out of these.

I encounter a problem:
I like to play Illuvium zero at home on my PC and when iam up and about on my Phone.
Something that happened to me twice now that all my progress i made on my PC got rolled back when i started illuivium zero on my phone.
Some times for a second i get a error message with "multiple devices (rest i cant read disappears too fast)
I didnt encounter this problem in previous iteration, very very frustrating
I think it would still save a limited number. But I could be wrong. Can't remember. Sorry.
It's been fairly common during all versions so far. Contact #❓❓〕support so they can work to prevent this from happening.
Logging out of the game on the device before playing on a different one will likely help prevent this as well.
hey mate yeah this was a big bummer for me. I have resolved it and never happened again and i swap PC phone many times now. Simply remember it like this. The one you are currently playing on Say Phone, is the one that can harm you. So when you are finished log out of it. Or make sure its fully closed before opening it on the PC. The reason it goes back is because when u log on pc, then accidentally ur phone is still logged in and saves overwrite current with past data when u go back to the phone and its still in the past. So fully close out and ideally log out of the device when you are finished, so that there is only ever one logged in at a time and no overlap.

Does roads have another use than reducing construction time for buildings? What I wanted to know is, do they make sense when buildings are just producing or is it better to have some constructions slots and the city itself has no roads? Would also help to get power stations nearer to buildings, which helps in efficiency.

Something which needs 24h Like a Scanner or mag lab for example, can be reduced down to ~17.5h.

AT the Moment in my Personal opinion, they give a good amount of ress, but also have nice Space to Set up your Blueprint production.
I would would Cut t1 down in ress production, because i still think they produce too much, but thats not up to me 🙃.
Just keep in mind, nothings set in stone. Even when the game is live there still can be nerfs and buffs.

So i got a biodata in my 1st scan.... and since than only fails😒
They can Scan for higher Tier illuvial biodata. In s1 we have just T1, so you don't have to Upgrade it.

You only have a 5% success rate per lab, and it takes 24h to research (at 100% efficiency with no paths)
So ppl get more to have successful results faster
When we research a biodata we found from scanning. Do we lose the biodata? Or can be use again for research?
No, once you find it you'll never lose it (or use it up)
You can use it as many times as you like (even in multiple labs at the same time)

What would peoples thoughts on Tier 0 illuvial skins being available to be scanned/earned on playing tier 0 land? I see myself mainly playing overworld/arena but would definitely like to give zero a go in my commutes. It'd give players of tier 0 land something to actually work towards + give people a taste of zero (similar to tier 0 illuvials do for overworld) before deciding on putting in the capital to buy a 1-4 landplot
Considering Overworld has a T0 area with limited earning potential for F2P, I could definetly see Zero also having one.
My fuel converters state 2 days for passive generation. But I feel like I have built them 3 days ago and still no fuel received..am I missing something?
What % efficiency do they have?

If you wait for your passive from the converter for 23h (and you need 24h to get it) and at that moment, while there is still 1h to pass until your passive reward, you upgrade your convector to lv2, your passive will only come again in 24h, which would mean that you wait twice for your passive because you upgraded your convector at the 'wrong' time

Wich raises a problem on my end, i need at least 1 solon to upgrade my workshop , if i convert a crypton for it , i lose all progress with that converter ( if any was made, we cant see 🤔 ) and i have to wait another day to have it converted..

in the start i think spamming converters allow you in tier 1 land to create a lot of fuel early to upgrade the rest and pushing towards blueprint

As you say lots of variables, and we know baically none of them, so it's all speculation at this point

I'd say low-level ones that are easy to find, next to nothing to maybe a few dollars
