Interesting video again, definitively keep up the good work. I'm not gonna go into the speculative numbers here, but just two quick comments from my side:

• At this spot you are going into the tokens and how they unlock. I think you might be missing at least a reference here to the yield farm rewards claimed as ILV since a substantial amount will join seed/team in being unlocked as of July 2022: https://youtu.be/-blor9D9yps?t=173

As for the illuvatars, any aprox release date I can put?

I agree with everything @patent crystal just said. I believe the team is more than seasoned enough to be producing games. Looked into a lot of them individually. I agree more available footage would be nice, but we have a lot more than nothing, that's why this trailer is such a make or break, and also why it was delayed. They know they need to get it right. 150+ in first Gen alone, the number of Illuvials literally matches Pokémon first several generations.

I'm definitely terrified of a delayed launch and it could be a real possibility. I'm not saying I expect it, but the promises are Huge, and a lot to expect of ANY studio on a 1 year(Of full blown development) timeline. I'm hopeful though.

Sounds like this guy is a gamer and doesn't understand crypto. He makes some decent points and there certainly are a lot of scams and not fun gameplay crypto games out there, but I think he has yet to understand the potential when games like Illuvium come out and have done it right. He will be someone who gets into the crypto gaming sphere after it's mainstream. He can enjoy playing games when they come out but he isn't going to take the risks early investors do and make money in that way.

Also, I will say the beautiful thing for those of us in the Illuvium community that are active, the team shares so much! The battle gameplay footage video they put out shortly after the cinematic trailer says in the description: "Wondering what’s cinematic and what’s gameplay in our latest trailer?" and then shows 2.5 minutes of battle gameplay!

This time next year, assuming the game is somewhat successful, depending on the degree of success anywhere between $10 per ILV per month to $200 per ILV per month

Obviously huge gap between those two boundaries, and thats because the game isn’t even out yet and there are a million variable, truth is no one knows (none the less I defo have a feeling it might end up on the higher end of that scale if this breaks out into madness like it kinda looks like it will…)

Yeah I’m with you there brother. I just think $100M per month in revenue is a huge accomplishment. ~10M tokens, I know there are less for a few reasons but for a ball park that’s about $10 per token per month. Anything up from there is a bonus.

Your sILV claim is not realistic. There is less and less sILV that can be claim from staking, so after a while it will only rely on in game rewards to create sILV. And the more the price appreciate, the less sILV will be created to give rewards, or more is crypto winter.

Your 5% revenue to land owner going down each land sale is right. BUT land revenue that you simulate is wrong, your land won't start at 100% production capacity, you need to account for the ramp up in production, a t4 will go faster to produce more fuel, a t1 will go slower. So even then during the ramp up it'll still be 5% distributed, BUT way more will go to t4 and way less to t1, once land are capped though it'll take the final revenue share. And sadly we have no idea how long it'll take to reach full capacity or even 80% capacity to account for no micro-management that could lower the production, stable price, no change in the future, etc.

Woah let's attack me in community content that's a fun time. There is currently a proposal to allow sILV to be claimed from revdis and a lot of sentiment this will pass. So let's try and keep up before attacking me. Also with land we have no details about the upgrading of land to reach a production capacity side of things bur we do know there will be ways to pay to speed it up. Since we have 0 information I neglected it for the purpose of using my analytics to create trends rather than specific values. I apologise if you didn't agree with my thinking process and I hope you enjoy my future videos

I think you hit a winning concept of using initial capital investment as a way to leverage your time input and gain multiple returns on rewards.

Because this is where the majority of players and Scholars will be.
TIME Rich Capital Poor. So to be able to use 1 to leverage the other is a winner

Hey! I watched this video and I think you are wrong in something you say. The number of things around the synergy symbol doesnt mean the required illuvials to trigger the boost. Its just how it will show how many illuvials of a type you actually have. It would be waay too much to require 4 Illuvials of a kind to trigger some boosts

Yeah I have been notified of this after the fact. I definitely misunderstood this quite deeply. So when they leaked the graphics they had 4 illuvials of that type on the board at that time??

Also I think you forgot to mention something important in your video:

Not only poison illuvials will synergy with other poison illuvials, but they will also add a +1 counter in the synergy category of nature and water, for example

So if water requires 2 water illuvials to trigger the bonus, you might just have 1 water illuvial and 1 poison illuvial. And the water illuvial gets the bonus for 2 water

It makes it harder to simply say that a base element is bad

Cuz if you use multiple combined elements because of their respective goood effects, you might unintentionnally boost a lot a base element

and then that base element illuvial gets really strong even if the bonus was quite bad

Like I could use 2 poison illuvials for the poison bonus, and 2 mud illuvials for the mud bonus. But then I add 1 water illuvial and suddenly water is really more efficient then it looked initially

Cuz it stack a total of 5

We definitely wont discard Stage 1 illuvials just because they give less elements. They have the potential to stack a lot of energy points from other illuvials of combined affinities

I am working on a game mechanics video to simply explain all of this. But yeah would have been nice to mention it. Something a lot of people forget is the point based system. You can't have 20 rhamphyres. That's where lower stage illuvials will shine. It will enable those 6 fire synergies and so on

Also lower stage illuvials might cost less to put on the board, from what we've seen so far. So, at some point, smaller illuvials will simply be more efficient in terms of team improvement versus cost

It’s just a network, everything they do is very much in nature, like cave networks. I’m sure like in any large game such as Destiny or Doom, they use tricks (smoke and mirrors) for the illusion of continuity, but is actually tricks for seamless loading of assets or levels, in this case, “tunnels”, because one huge set of tunnels would be a large loading time

Think of a region like a city. You’re paying to go to that city. You don’t pay to go to each store that is in that city.

Idk, there’s lots of things that we still don’t know but I don’t want to get to hung up on “clearing”. To me it was very obvious he was discussing how long it would take to farm all the materials in any given tunnel

I'm like 99% sure that harvesting resources still costs energy. The way Aaron talks about it, every action you do costs energy whether that be scanning, going into an encounter, or harvesting.

All good. But anyways, not sure what Grant was referring to when saying "clearing all tunnels". From what I understand that isn't possible. When playing you have to decide what to pick up and what to pass on.
