I assume it’s sitting in your metamask controlled imx wallet. Easy way to get it finished is use your metamask to connect to tokentrove.com and then withdraw it

Team builder is not super important atm, since Ascendant is currently not played - it's mainly Gauntlet at the forefront. Gauntlet has it's own team builder which will probably work a bit better (since ascendant requires you to add every single stage of evolution etc)

Simply log into Arena/Gauntlet, and the team builder button should be at the bottom - That team builder will make it so the illuvials in guantlet shine and have better graphical animation so you can tell when they are in your shop etc.

However, if you'd like to keep using this older version of team builder, the probem is likely you are trying to add an illuvial without having it's previous stages of evolution added as well. You are going to need to have any pre-stage to be able to add the new stage to the team.

To make this a bit easier to udnerstand, if you are trying to add axon WITHOUT having Atlas in your team, it simply won't let you make the team. You need Atlas for Axon, and you'll Atlas + axon to have Axodon. Same for all illuvials. Always Stage 1 > 2 > 3 present in the team

I'm using it in the mode with the waves. And it tells me when I don't have the evos and I click a button and they add in. Do the gauntlet teams carry over to the wave mode? I'm 2 days into learning. I just started up.

Oh, you are trying to play survival mode. I'm not entirely sure they do carry over tbh, I've not personally played survival since the new builder was implemented. Maybe some of the other guys can help <@&795142782133207063>

You can always jump over to guantlet, make a team super quick and see if it is there wehn you go to survival

But, if the above error conintues to happen, either when you use different browsers etc, it might need a support ticket #❓❓〕support
That way the team can help you directly.

For now, see if the newer version of team builder can help

Survival mode does not use premade teams from the team builder. It provides a random team each day.

Have you made sure to go to withdraw and make sure you've finalised the process? It is in two steps and will sit on 'pending' until you go and do the final step to Eth

I don't understand the old fuel compensation system at all.

I have about 1M old fuel, which was bought on average for "+5000% free" ...

So am I entitled to compensation or not? ? (I can't say in retrospect what the price of fuel / ETH was.)

Because if I'm counting correctly, I bought fuel for about 2200 USD. And after the 89:1 conversion I'll have fuel for 112 USD (1000000/89 * 0.01 USD) left ... THAT WOULD BE A MASSACRE.
I bought it in good faith to play, I burned 20-100K fuel daily (about 50K avg). It was my supply for 3 weeks. Then suddenly OW is closed from one day to the next and I lose 2000 USD?

Or do I have a chance for compensation and a refund? in the ratio of 0.00000065 ETH * old fuel? Do I understand correctly?

Deleting an account can not be reversed. If your account was tied to your email address then it’s probably not possible to do what you are hoping.

Before you closed the overworld for maintenance, I was in game, in an arena battle.
Recently you opened Overworld and I can't get in the game.
Before choosing the game, Arena or Overworld, a bug was happening. I choose Overworld, I connect, for 1 second shows the loading of the arena (where I finished last time I played on Overworld) and immediately throws back to the choice of game or arena or Overworld.
The point is that I can not simply load the game overword, loads up to the moment of my last actions in the game before your test, and immediately throws back out of the game overword. What do I do?

Hoping someone can help me with the IMX API for blueprints. I use a script to monitor them and something happened yesterday where the number of blueprints coming back from the API is drastically lower than those on the Illuvidex now.

For example, now there are 5,619 "Tatopee Plating" in the Illuvidex, but the API only shows 776. These would have matched just over 24 hours ago.

I've checked everything I can think of, it doesn't look like there was any migration to a new collection, name changes of blueprints or changes to apostrophes/capitalization (looking at you Ti-ru AKA Ti'Ru), and the overall number of unique blueprints in the API hasn't changed unexpectedly, just quantities in existence. I can't figure out what was changed. Thoughts?

Not entirely sure if this will work from passport > passport, but head to your profile settings here - https://illuvidex.illuvium.io/account/settings -
Then try transferring in. When it prompts you to choose a wallet to scan, see if you can scan your passport wallet containing all your assets, and if it'll let you jolt them over to another passport

Personally haven't moved assets to another account on passport, so apologies if it doesn't work as you want it too

Alternatively, you can try using 'transfer out' to see if you can push them to the new account

Every time we try to enter a game, we have to wait about 5 minutes to get out. I've opened separate tickets for the products stuck in Queqe for a week now, but it seems like the team is really busy. The land mint was a combination of transactions. The payment was made on ethereum mainnet. So probably use etherscan to look back at around June 3-6, 2022 (I think it was) on what is probably some metamask wallet (could have been a hardware wallet via metamask). Then the land nft would have been minted on imx so that’s found on the same address but on immutascan.

It is an interaction with a scammy smart contract. It’s not clear to me what that interaction actually would have approved to happen in addition to what did occur (the eth transfer to the phishing wallet).

There’s not a lot in that wallet address. If you know that you never input your secret seed phrase into something in the last 24 hours then I’d think it’s pretty safe to assume that you did not lose full control of that wallet.

Continuing to use a wallet address that has had interactions with a scammy smart contract is simply not a good practice. Your address has minimal activity so just using a different address would likely not be a difficult way to go forward. It’s fairly simply to add a new address to metamask. I’ll see if I can find a quick YouTube video on how to do that.

If you really want to just keep using the same potentially compromised address the only thing I can think to do would be to use a site like revoke.cash to revoke and approvals that are still active. You’d probably need a little more eth in the wallet even to do that. And it would still be possible to lose any eth sent to this compromised wallet address. So this option is not great.

I assume you are withdrawing tokens using the IlluviDex. Sometimes there’s some sort of disconnect in the process. Your tokens are likely in your metamask controlled imx wallet. And you have to do the real withdrawal now. Make sure your metamask is connected to the IlluviDex. Adding your metamask as secondary wallet should help with that.

If you can’t make it work then just use tokentrove.com with your metamask or withdraw. One of the things in the images would work (just depends where you got stuck in the withdrawal process)

Hello everyone, I have tried to interpret the transactions on Immutascan correctly, but I cannot make any sense of it for tax purposes on my own wallet in regards to the land sale, the wave 1 beyond d1sks, etc... This is a huge issue and I hope someone has figured this out already. Hi, I'm using the illuvidex filter to create statistics about the number of illuvial (across different tiers, holo/dark-holo, and TPI). When I use the TPI filter, the sum of each part leads to a different outcome. E.g., there are 2144 tier-3 dark-holo illuvials in total. If I choose the range of TPI as 0~50 and 51~100, the outcome is 507 and 563, respectively. It's 1070 illuvials in total, which should be 2144.
