The atlas is in your possession. Your problem seems to be a UI bug in the illuviDex Clear cookies and cache or try a different browser.

Make sure you have gone back into your 'withdraw' tab and actually withdrawn it... it should be instant after you withdraw, but it will need to be finalised after the rollup/pending has finished

Is it possible for an account to get banned from Ascendant? I was playing a match when the sever issues happened a few days ago and ever since I can't get a match (not even able to match against a bot in casual). Yesterday I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck so I tried installing on a different PC still with no luck. Last night I installed it on 2 different PCs at home to try it on a different network to see if somehow that was the issue but once again no luck. After 2 different networks and 4 different PCs it leads me to believe it has to be something with my account, but that is just me guessing.

I have had a problem with my Metamask and ImmutableX for some days now.. Whenever I tried to add funds in the passport, I would get an error in the Immutable popup saying "Change Network".

I followed this to resolve the issue, open the Metamask extension, click the dots in the top right, navigate to Settings - Experimental, and turn OFF the toggle marked 'Select networks for each site'.

for me everything is working again now.

Mine is still not there. But it actually changed a bit yesterday afternoon. It was queued again, probably they sent it to be retried, However, I logged in again today and it remains just like it was yesterday. Yesterday I forged several items, including other suits (most of them T2), All completed successfully whilst the T0 suit remained as pending. The retry is pending for almost 1 day now. FYI @quasi pulsar maybe this change chan be useful for you or the devs when investigating.
I really don't mind if it remains "minting" on Illuvidex for several days as long as it counts for my milestone

The common cause is that a long digit like that will get rounded up (ex. last digits of your displayed value would round from something like "...497" to "...5" ) That's more ILV than you actually have, which would cause the transaction to fail, which prevents a gas estimate from being generated.

Have you staked ILV in the past?

It’s probably that you did stake in the past and have reached your approved token spend limit for the staking contract. You can use a tool like revoke.cash to revoke that old spend limit. Then the staking contract will require a new limit to be set.

So you have not played the game since like May.

The IMX Passport account system is different than the previous game account system. You simply use an email address to basically 2fa access your passport account.

There are countries and IP addresses that are prevented from using this system. It looks like you might be facing that. See here for more info on that. #❓❗〕community-help message

The staking pages have never required an account to use. Nor have they ever had an account ever connected to those pages. The staking pages are purely DAPPS that use a wallet to connect to it

You should be able to just connect your defi wallet (metamask) to that page. For some reason there are some people that do have issues with that. But it is not related to the issue you are having when attempting to create a passport account. I’ve not been able to figure out what’s broken with some people’s connections to the staking page. But usually using a different browser works fine.

The one for creating an account would likely be the best bet. #❓❗〕community-help message (though if I’m right your IP address is being prevented from using the system which is why you keep getting an error and following any steps won’t change that)

Migration is completely unimportant at this point. It’s possible to connect a secondary wallet to a passport account now. And migration was only used as a shortcut for transferring old illuvium NFTs like land and illuvitars to the passport wallet. Now migration is not even needed to be able to use the land. And it won’t be needed for Illuvitars either.

I’m telling you to ignore that part of that article. Because that is the MAGIC site. Magic is the creator of the system used by IMX to create the Passport account system. The passport account system is what illuvium uses for its accounts. So the error are not the same ones because it’s a system that has gone through two other middle men. What matters in that article is the regions being listed as blocked.
