So if you do end up falling for scams, ofcourse that's upsetting, but you do need some level of self responsibility. It's also not forced that you are here. Hello, I entered the game, clicked to go to the brightland steppes map, stage 2.

The game closed at the loading screen to go to the map, when I returned I was at the home portal and my 450 cryptons were deducted. I need them back or to put me on the map to play stage 2.

Immutable X is having some sort of issue with its chain withdrawals. It’s not an issue that I am aware of seeing in the past. So I’m not sure what the expected fix time is going to be looking like. Contacting immutable X support on their support website could be the best option. But it’s probably just going to need to wait extra time.

The UI shows that it’s listed but the reality is very likely that no one can buy it. Because it’s not actually listed. Which is why the Connection Error is likely being displayed.

IMX connection closed indicates that a UI bug is being encountered… basically the thing you want to buy is not actually listed for sale.

You can tell it’s not actually listed for sale if you don’t see an option to MAKE OFFER.

Immutable X is having network issues that could be causing some bridging issues that may make it especially difficult to figure out how to get eth to your passport address.

Unfortunately, it sounds like you sent eth on the ethereum mainnet to your passport wallet on ethereum mainnet. That is a problem that does not have a fix coming soon. Your passport wallet is a bit like a CEX wallet but only for immutable X chain. You do not control the keys. You do not have access to that address in any other network. Eventually, there should be a way to get that eth back. But not soon.

If I’m correct in describing what you did then Use the in game bug reporter (press B in game) to send a missing payment report and tell them what happened.

The last couple of days I have been getting this "error" whenever I am trying to interact with ImmutableX..
Like if I go my passport and want to add funds -> select Deposit from IMX Wallet -> Connect your Wallet.

This is correct, right now it’s not able to be directly transferred from land > your personal balance. It can only be moved through the websites fuel exchange.

This is likely to be changed in future though; just not currently implemented

I've been facing problems when buying shards and other stuff. When I click buy now and approve, it says the item is not available anymore. I tried reloading the page, waited hours, days, the items are still there but like ghost items, they can't be bought/sold. that's quite odd

Afraid I am not the right person to ask for ILZ info. I am mainly focused on Overowrld stuff. That being said, I don't think just constantly lowering your price is the best thing to do, keep it at the market medium and it's probably more likely to be broguht up. If you keep lowering it and trying to find the lowest price, it's going to be worse with how the current system works.

soon we should be able to just transfer our own fuel into game which will take a lot of blockage off the fuel exchange (so you are more likely to sell) and also you can use your own if you choose. That's a future feature though

But, ask in #🎮〕illuvium-zero if you'd like a more concrete answer, sorry I can't help more

This either means it's been brought before you tried, or is a bugged item on the ILV marketplace. There's a fair few now that are just buggered.
Best bet is to go to tokentrove and see what the lowest is listed for, that's the point they will stop bein bugged

Hi friend. I don't know if you have achieved to sell your fuel, but in sell tab of fuel exchange you select "market pricing" and you can see the fuel average price. This is the easiest way to sell your fuel.

You also can know the current price of a fuel doing a rule of three with the amount of bonus you get. For example, if you were going to buy 1000 of Solon at 0.0072 and it says +400 of bonus, the current price of Solon would be 0.0072*1000/(1000 + 400)

@valid thunder yes. Each seasons rewards must be claimed, they are not automatically airdropped. 50% of the rewards are unlocked immediately, while the remaining rewards unlock linearly over three months.

Then don’t use the IlluviDex to report the issue. The issue is about in game missions not being marked as completed. This happens both in game and on the IlluviDex. Using the in game reporter is ideal since your account will be directly tied to the report and ticket thread.
