I can’t figure that out. I assume you used the layerswap tool? Layerswap is not actually an illuvium tool but a third party service.

I do not have access to or knowledge of imx dev tools to see what might have happened to the deposit after it hit the bridge. Contacting Illuvium #❓❓〕support on the website or IMX’s support on the imx website may be the better option honestly.

I really need help please. I add ETH funds from metamask to Illuvium but i don't know where it is now. Here is what I did in Illuvium website. I click the first option which is Deposit from Wallet via Illuvium - connected my Metamask wallet 0x50899 - added the amount then confirm deposit - now deposit is confirmed 0.08074401 ETH from my wallet 0x50899 to 0x5FDCC - which is IMX bridge - Now my balance in my ILV passport 0x2a2c is still the same and balance did not arrived how do I get that ETH from IMX to passport? I tried opening Token Trove and check my Immutable X wallet 0x5089 and ETH balance is 000 where is my ETH now? It was sent to bridge How do I get it?

Close the game and open it from Epic Launcher. It might take a bit but your shards will appear (this triggers a backup minting for failed minted items)

There is some sort of deposit/withdrawal issue on the immutable x network at the moment. Expect delays until IMX fixes it

It's a common issue. You could try using tokentrove.com to unlist it. Or transfer the nft to a different passport wallet.

IMX connection closed indicates that a UI bug is being encountered… basically the thing you want to interact with is not actually listed for sale.

in metamask it appears as successful, yet the wallet is an escrowed illuvium wallet that doesn't match my IMX wallet (don't know if they have to), and it appears nowhere on IMX. I used the standard profile -> add funds -> SILV2 -> Ethereum wallet etc. procedure, and no I'm not dumb enough to get those 5 clicks wrong 👀 This was more than 10 hours ago

The milestones for capturing Stage 1 Illuvials from T1 to T5 Stage 1 all earn a lot of points, except for Tier 2 which earns only 2k points. It doesn't make any sense for me all the other tiers, including T0, giving you 15k+.

It is normal sometimes atm, just relog out and then back in to your illuvium passport on the site, and then restart your game

It's tricky, and not as easy as I thought it would be.
First, I was NOT able to transfer directly from Coinbase to Passport - just didn't work.
I have a Coinbase wallet on my iPhone that I transfer most of my tokens to to get them off of the exchange.
So I transferred my eth from Coinbase to my Coinbase IOS wallet.
Passport was able to connect to that!
I can't remember the process, but Passport did it for me.
Start out with a minimum amount.

Hey, I just finished a Stage 1 map where I captured two Tier 1 Stage 3 Illuvials. I spent 2 Tier 2 shards (orage) to make sure I would capture them, and after leaving and purifying everything the illuvials didn't show up in Inventory. The shards were spent, but no Illuvials were saved at all no matter the illuvial stages. what could have happened??

It doesn't make any sense I buy shards on marketplace, when I use it, the game saved my shards spent but no Illuvials. 😦

There was a problem: fuel prices for runs and other activities are fixed, but the fuel got cheaper cus more and more landowners produced fuels and put them for sales. So, OW players payed less and less for the same activities in real money. There were 2 ways to solve this: either raise the price of runs in fuels, or shrink the supply of fuel by nerfing production from lands. The team chose the second option, idk why, they have big data to analyze and economists in the team, they decided this to be a better option, i suppose they had their reasons🤷‍♂️ May be next time they will raise price of runs in fuels.

The problem seems to be on the listing process.

Pre-season + Main net are not the same for in game assets.
The only thing you will be able to migrate is illuvitars etc. All illuvials + in game assets were reset because it was all fake on testn net.

After the 25th July we transitioned into main net, so it was a clean slate for everyone.

As for the airdrop reset, that is something support will need to assist with, and will get back to you if there is anything to fix. If not, you have probably been flagged as a cheater/script user. If you know you did not cheat, then wait for support to reply and help with the issue

As per the announcement there has been a minting issue which is being addressed. There will be a back log of work, and I imagine right now support can't craft an invididual response to each ticket as there are probably many duplicates. I would suggest waiting around 48 hours for the backlog to resolve, and then pinging support again if you don't see your Illuvial. Your issue will be resolved, it just may take a little time.

Mods don't have access to backend systems, so they can only provide basic tips (which will work in a lot of cases, but not if your issue needs some kind of fix from the operations/support team).

As frustrating as it is guys, most of these issues are related to the minting delay because bots and hyper minting. They are being removed now and the team are on top of it; unfortunately it leaves us guys in a rough spot.

Hopefully it’ll all be fixed soon; I’m with you on this cos I can’t play either haha, but it’s better to remove cheaters than just let them keep ruining things.

1. What if someone owns land, but does not have staked ILV? How do they get their share of the 5%?
