Best is to send it to your L2 wallet you had them before migrating them to your passport and back again to your passport.

You can also create the account with the same e-mail you used for testnet, to get your airdrop and migrate your assets afterwards, if you can't make it work with migrating it during the PP creation process.

hmm.. This might sound like stupid questions, but they often caused myself errors when interacting with web3 stuff.
- Did you play testnet and created a testnet passport where you farmed airdrops?
- Did you disable other wallet extensions like phantom wallet etc. which might cause connecting issues with the wallet you actually want to connect to?
- Did you try to use another browser clearing cache etc.?
- when you tried creating a new passport account, did you follow the steps described in zendesk?
when looking for that error you got here in discord, i wasn't able to find a solution.

not yet, afaik they working on a "send to overworld" button.
But for now you have to sell your fuel from zero and buy fuel for your ranger in overworld.
Your progress of your f2p land generates tokens which are account bound, meaning you can also use them in your other plots on that account.
Therefore f2p land can act as a littel token generator, but also in future there could be features added which makes it worth to play anyways. Having a built out f2p plot could come in handy then.
not sure recovering accounts is possible and if so to what extend.

Illuvium want to give eveyone the possibility to try out all the different games/modes for free, so you don't have to spend money and afterwards realize you don't like that kind of mode/game.
However, we are just at the beginning, features are added in a rapid pace. It might take some time before the Zero team can focus on more fun stuff since they working hard to make all the existing features work well and implement all the planned features for the near future.

Depends how you did it.
The imx rollup can take 12-48 hours. Then you’d have to go back in and approve the second transaction to pay the gas on mainnet to transfer it over.
Or should be fast if you used layerswap properly.

help please.. i created a new passport account with my email not realizing i was supposed to migrate my old account. i am now trying to connect the two but not sure how
Should be no need to connect them. Just log in using the email you want to use, and it'll be fine. The email is what connects all your information like airdrop points etc
If there is any assets you need to migrate over still, you can do so by going to the profile once logged in, and clicking 'transfer in' and then choosing your metamask wallet that holds the assets. You can then do an assisted transfer to get all your assets like land and illuvitars onto your account

If you want to get a land plot to your passport account so you can use it, it will need to be the 'transfer in' option from your passport profile, so that you can get the asset inside your wallet.
Once you click transfer in, make sure you choose the metamask/wallet that holds the land, it should find it pretty easy

Illuvium zero on my iPhone keeps telling me session had ended and making me re-log in and it eliminates a few things I have just completed. It’s also told me for security it needs to reload the page this doesn’t eliminate anything though. Any reason why my “session has ended” while I’m still playing?

As I understand it, missions with the passage of level 40 were disabled so that people would not create multiaccounts. What will you do with the fact that I participated in 2 seasons, but this season I started completing missions only today, I managed to complete 40 levels, but they did not count for me. Why did I lose 1 million points and can't be on par with other players?
I think they have to add you to the list of players who can complete this mission, otherwise it's nonsense
It has to do with the fact that people spend fuel to complete other milestones and get a lot less points than a mission that is f2p and can be copied from watching a youtube video. You can check what community members have to say about that and you could leave your feedback here.

I like it because I got my million points because I started completing missions a few days ago and was allowed to do it. But if a person participating in 2 seasons can't get the same number of points as me just because he started a few days later, that's nonsense. It's beneficial for me that this person doesn't get a million, but it's not fair.

I was playing an arena match right after daily's restarted. In the fifth round, the game stopped responding and illuvials were attacking the air. So I abandoned the round. Now I can't get past the loading screen after loading into my Passport account.

Ok, you had ETH in your IMX passport wallet, bought some fuel with it, the ETH was taken out and the fuel did not arrive. Is this what happened?

Ok I understand better now. Your founds rake 10-15 min to bridge over from L1 but they are going to be in IMX, you need to finish the process to send it to your passport. Here is a guide on how to properly send from L1

O shit you’re just like me trying to be creative using the paths. I was doing this too before and eventually it did made a huge lag on my mobile app and crash every time I used it. On my PC on the other hand, it will not crash but will take about 10 mins for the structures to show up. So I fix the issue by removing most of the paths. Just a single path connecting all the buildings is good enough. I waited for 10 mins and maybe for you try to wait longer and hopefully the Interactive buttons show up, and if not, and as Tholky said, contact the support.

You need to move from IMX to IMX Passport. Do that through Illuvium website.

It has now been almost 4 days - nil response re failed curing of shards. Anyone have an indication of how long the backlog is for manually minting shards? Essentially have nearly 60$ of shards (at the time of minting) sitting there doing jack all. Not going to spend any more money until this is fixed.

Yeah, it doesn't matter if you have passport active. It always goes to IMX first if you bridge it from Eth to IMX through the bridge unless you use LayerSwap which direct deposits to IMX Passport.

There seems to be a problem in zero. The production number of the building appears as 3. However, on the upgrade screen, it appears that the normal production number is 9, and if I upgrade, 9 + 2 more will be added, making a total of 11. In fact, it should appear as 3 + 2.

Hello, I have crafted the equipment requested for the quest but it is not in my inventory and has not been validated on the site, even my gems do not work.
It puts me in inventory according to the game and then when I go into my inventory there's nothing there. I lost essences, gems and the ingots I'd used for suits and weapons that never made it into my inventory.

I've just migrated my legacy account to a new Passport account -- it seemed to force me to create a new Passport rather than use my existing main one -- now I'm looking to transfer my 4 assets to my main Passport, can I do this using the Transfer Assets function on the website and just put in my other Passport addy for where I want them to go? the lingo says "Transfer out of Passport" and that's throwing me off...

It’s probably late to let you know but there was no need to create a new passport wallet. You could have just logged in and migrated to your passport wallet.

There is a bug with transferred land. I’m not certain but I think if a building is being built or upgraded when transferred (or sold) the game bugs it up.

I also have offers lingering around for items that got sold. Seems like a bug.

Also listed items that were burnt and didn’t get unlisted for some reason.

so i just bridged ETH to IMX on zkevm. but it didn't send to my wallet it sent to a random address. why did it do this? i'm not seeing my funds either and it's been over 20 mins
nvm so now it showed up as ETH on immutable zkevm in my wallet. its not showing up in my illuvium passport balance though for me to use

I played on illuvium testnet for 45 hours, caught countless illuvials, caught a lot of holo and dark holo illuvials, but when I try to log in to the website with my passport wallet, it sees me as a new user as if I'm registering for the first time with this wallet, and everything is written as 0 as if I've never played before. I was playing the arena and suddenly match frozed in between I waited for 10 minutes but match didn't resume so I exit the game and start illuvium again after that incident it is just looking for opponents not able to match any opponent for me.
