Hey I think there's a bug on loading disk animation. When you load the disk and you go to another tab, the sound effect will keep on playing on repeat, while the animation is stuck until you get back to the loading disk tab.
Thanks, I'll raise it - it halts the animation until you come back - thats as intended - but I'll raise the sound bug

Arena bug on Mac: Hello. I am having the auto-start problem, again. After my first report, it was fixed. Now it's broke again. The battle start immediately after I pick an Illuvial. As soon as the illuvial is on the board it resets.
Delete the game files and re-download, you should be good - if it persists please let us know
Yep, it's a known bug - use the auto place for now it should help, it wont fix it but it helps

There were two types of disks.
Standard and alpha. Sounds like you minted an alpha.

Greetings, I do not understand the calculation of the cost for the alpha packs of illuvitars. Why make the cost 5 times higher than usual, if in the end they are of no value except for collectors? As a result, the purchase costs almost 90% of the loss, it turns out that this whole song is just a wrapper with no future?

The reality is that people in much of the NFT space often like to hold something that feels exclusive. Most of the time they are willing to pay extra to get that exclusivity. Many projects have let that extra payment happen through gas fees or a race to be first to mint. Illuvium wanted anyone that was interested in purchasing an exclusively scarce alpha disk to be able to purchase one. But they did not want to encourage botting by limiting the number of D1sks that a wallet could mint. But this also means a rich whale could spend a relatively small amount of money to purchase the entire collection. And thus monopolize the market and not let anyone purchase at a reasonable price. So the idea with the 5x price was to create a cost that is high enough to discourage a whale monopoly but low enough to still be within reach of most that are interested in purchasing a single collectors item.

Is there a way I can unlink an email from an account I generated from a wallet address for the Illuvitar sale? I think that might be the issue. But there is no way that I can see to edit out the email I added to the wallet generated account

I have been having this error as well. I have reset my password multiple times and tried multiple browsers but it just says "incorrect username or password."
The error for me started happening after I bought the standard disk, and it happens after the pop up.
I think the issue is that I might have multiple accounts under the same email. It seemed like during the purchase I registered a new account under the same email - and Im pretty sure of this because I saw in account settings that I had 2 different ranger names. I wasnt sure what was going on because I accidentally messed up changing it early and set it to my email, then during the purchase I got to set a ranger name to the one that I wanted. I do not think that account has a password, and I think that account is the one associated with my wallet.

Log in to the Illuvidex account and correct the ranger name. It needs to match your Beta account name
Did you delete all the game files, including the hidden files
Look for PC C:\Users<User Name>\AppData\Local\Illuvium\Saved\SaveGames
Replace <user name> with your log in name on your pc

No one else can open a link to your direct messages. But you should know that every time that you receive a message about winning something that is sent in a direct message, like the one you got, is going to be a scam. It will try to get you to give them your keys or even just send funds to get funds. Either way it’s a scam. You should assume all such messages are scams. You should probably turn off your DMs.

Just one, i first tried in brave browser, which has a native wallet, so tried also in Firefox with Metamask, but has the same behaviour

the ideal is to use chrome for compatibility reasons, or a browser with only the metamask, try to clear your browser's cache and cookies and connect again
brave is based in chrome, same source, same extensions, but I will try your solution
But I think is more complicated than that, I have 2 friends that use chrome with the same error. I tried what do you ask to me, but still the same thing.

Hi Dellory-- if you're withdrawing tokens from Layer 2 IMX back to your wallet on Mainnet, it is a 2-step process.
The first transactions you sign are to "prepare" the withdrawal. Then when it is prepared, you go back and sign another transaction to complete the withdrawal.

Does your browser or metamask extension need updated?
Then you have another wallet, extension, or firewall, that is blocking the pop up
You need to disable any other wallet, or extension that uses the ETH chain
Any word on when converters (Crypton, Solon, & Hyperion) will be fixed? Still not producing anything.
Not at the moment, though i know the devs are working on it
More than half the reports we've had have been due to efficiency being below 50% though, it might be worth checking what % yours are at

Yeah Ledger supports ILV - I'll have to double check that you can link that to the website
Ledgers just control your secret phrase that can control your wallet in a variety of networks. ILV tokens are on ethereum mainnet. So no real problem.
You might need to use metamask hardware wallet integration though to actually move your tokens around. BUT this is still completely under your hardware control. Look up “metamask hardware integration” or look up how to DEFI using ledger

Hi can you check on immutascan if you received it. And check if it's send back out again?
Immutascan does confirm that your wallet address does have 0.031 eth. Try manually disconnecting your wallet from the IlluviDex using metamask and then connecting it again.

What browser are you using? It’s not displaying like it should. You could see if it can turn on high contrast mode or something. So at least you can read it

You can transfer Land + Illuvitars on IMX by sending them to a new wallet. The new wallet needs to have its' own seed phrase, and you need to connect the new wallet to IMX before you transfer. When you're looking at an asset on the Illuvidex, you can transfer it by pressing the paper airplane looking button.

Everything gets reset when closed beta testing ends, yes. You can't sell your stuff to people during testing.
Illuvium: Zero works a bit different, but there will still be resets.

The alpha testing for Illuvium: Zero is expected to be split into two seasons.
We are currently in Season 0. At the end of this season, all data, including blueprints, will be wiped and reset. The purpose of Season 0 is to allow the development team to fix bugs and balance issues and to prevent any issues that may arise if player data needs to be reset before moving on to Season 1.
After Season 0, the game will move on to Season 1, which will last until the open beta stage. Another data reset is expected at the end of Season 1. However, players will be able to mint the blueprints they researched as NFTs during the last few months of Season 1. Those minted NFTs will persist beyond the Alpha data reset and can be used to craft skins in the Overworld once we reach the Open Beta.
More information on the minting windows will be provided as the game approaches the open beta stage.
I saw that you were trying to ask about a few gleam drawings. I do not know specifics about these. But I do know that gleam drawings usually have ways to contact the participants. And the winners would have already submitted their address for any prizes to be sent to. The team is certainly working through sending out a variety of prizes for different D1sk drawings. I doubt there will be many public announcements regarding winners.

If your wallet is compromised, you WILL need to create another Metamask wallet with its' own seed phrase. There is no way to "uncompromise" a wallet.
If you still have ILV staked, there may be an option to transfer it. I'll ping you in a thread.

Hi, I logged onto Illuvium Zero everyday to maintain my land, but today the system noted "Connection error, check your internet connection". What's the protocol when silly old me clicks a scam link & signs it with the same wallet I use for illuvium account for playing, land, Gov and staking? I've already jumped onto metamask & revoked all access and created a brand new account & sent anything I had in hot wallet of any value to the new one. how did you lost the code?
I do think they should be safe on imx since you did not sign anything from an imx pop up. BUT, it is free to transfer stuff to a new wallet on IMX. You’d just need to make sure that the new wallet has connected to something like the IlluviDex so it’s setup at an imx wallet before you will be able to send anything to it.

Does withrawing funds on IMX takes time to transfer to metamask wallet?
Yes. Sometimes over 24 hours to be included in the rollup. It’s a two step process as well.

It varies based on traffic. More withdrawals means faster rollup times.
Next time just use imx to transfer. You can send tokens from one imx wallet to another.

No. You have only started the first transaction. It should now be pending. But you will need to finish it by doing the second transaction once it has been marked as ready.

I withdrawed it from Immutable X Marketplace - Metamask Wallet Connected.
I did not use IlluviDEX to withdraw my $ETH money
The reality is that the website doesn’t matter. They all use the same stuff. But I don’t have pictures of that website. Where ever you started the withdrawal there should now also be something about PENDING or waiting for rollup or Confirmed in Rollup. Once it is confirmed in rollup you should be able to do the final transaction to get your eth into your metamask wallet. This will cost gas.
Immutable has a strong support site. This page walks through withdrawals. You can also contact their support staff their 24/7 https://support.immutable.com/en/articles/6459466-how-to-withdraw-your-l2-assets-into-your-l1-wallet

I saw it now on the My Assets tab, its currently grayed out, must have to wait when its ready to collect.

i can login with wallet on illuvidex and my email address/account and wallet are linked. i can see all my assets. when i try to play illuvium zero, i cant login to play with email and password even after i reset it. what is the issue here? this is the first time ive tried to play.

i believe so. i did recently purchase disks and may have created a login there while doing so. i do have an email from illuvium in december verifying my account which i used to purchase land. i would have used the same email. i managed to login to 'play' earlier then needed to link my wallet. it said the wallet was in use on another account. so i logged out of illuvidex and play and cleared my cache and proceeded onto the issue from previous message

When I check my firewall settings, I don't see Illuvium on the lists to let through the firewall. Illuvium doesn't show up at all.

You can’t move staked assets. You’ll have to withdraw them, transfer and stake again.

You need to be faster than the attacker. Which is impossible if you don't have a bot yourself to drain the wallet before them.

Any idea how I can fix this. I made a new account and sent silv2 to it. After a few minute it was showing the silv2 I sent to IMX, but when I go to make a purchase I get this error.
Okay I’m learning more about this issue and it definitely a problem. I was on a a new account with a new log in connected to a different log in, but when I went to make some purchases I was signing a transaction from my first account and the silv2 was taken out of it, but the D1SKs did not get minted to either wallet. Not sure how this happens, but now I have spent sIlv2 and No D1SKs. @tight spruce

Did you try to reload the website ? Clear cache and cookies of your browser ?
If you email the support inbox and send your wallet address they have a tool to check if your D1sk was minted correctly.
Otherwise log out, log back in, click profile on the top right, and click the filter. If you have D1sks it should give you the option

Try this:
Go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display > Adjust ClearType text (on the left). Check the box entitled “Turn on ClearType
wonder why some can get on the leaderboard and others arent showing. I see new ones getting added in the top 50 that were not there before. Maybe they are getting added manually?

Yeah tried this earlier, but it didn't help. On top of this, this should be a general setting but if I log in with another google account or use another browser I can see the text as it should be in white. Only with my main/current account I see it in black, this is unreal, I did email them too to check if they can suggest something too. Thanks, Chris!

If it's only a particular account then it's definitely a setting/extension.
Try disabling all of your extensions and then viewing the website? (disable, not delete)

Hey, i just bought two disks, the money got away from my account, however it's passed 10 min and i didn't received anything. Someone can help? ??
I am getting this message have reset password several times and it still happens, "Incorrect username or password."
Trying to log in to get the Beta, login works for the Dex but not the play.
I was able to create a new account with diff email and login but my wallet is allready connected to my other account.
There's a known bug impacting some users who set up a secondary account via the illuvidex - it breaks the log in flow @tight spruce will be able to add you to the thread

I had a similar thing happen to me a couple hours ago but for a megaD1sk not giving me the contents. It showed them to me but did not actually mint them. @tight spruce when you get a chance could you take a look?
