If I understand it correctly - Pre-IDO there were **seed investors **who received locked ILV, which should be progressively unlocked in the near future now that 1 year has passed. Likewise, the team had their ILV voluntarily locked for 3 years. Under this proposal, these two groups would be able to sell their ILV (or rather an NFT representing their ILV) early. They get early liquidity. They give a discount. The buyer gets the discount and gives an even longer lock-up than the original lock-up. The community not directly participating gets more ILV locked up for longer and less sell pressure on the price of ILV as the Seed and Team's ILV won't hit the open market. ----- My best read; I could be wrong ----

About the IIP discussion, not a ILV stakeholder myself so not gonna interfere too much, but, something I was thinking of reading the discussion is, you can get (almost?) all the upsides (fair/easy access to bulk OTC deals with locking purchased tokens), and none of the perceived downsides for current regular ILV holders related to tokens expected to vest far into the future potentially being sold right away if discount is large enough thus potentially lowering ILV price short term, by making a small change to the code only allowing tokens close to vesting to be sold into the contract instead of all of them.

it depends on what IMX accepts, you can do USDC and other cryptos on secondary. silv2 is only on uniswap, so it isnt used for marketplace. Once the game goes live, i believe u can use silv2 for other in-game transactions.
