What's "hard" isnt always the case, bear markets lost 90% for alot of ppl in the last 3 months, alot of ppl are less likely to spend. While It surely can. But profits for the game itself isnt always the same. Games have a limited life span anyways, they try to keep the attention as long as they can, and it can be for a while. But its never forever, at least historically. Ontop of that the game itself could be profiting, but there is a curve to where it isnt. Gamers main profit in ILV would be from the illuviuals, with a ever increasing supply (even if certain generations would be capped) there would be dilution and bound to decrease in value over time as more and more is capture placed onto the market. In a "optimal" scenario with that kinda playerbase, we'd reach the 100k land in no time. And would be necessary to have the fuel supply. While it may not be the intent, there is a aspect of a "ponzi-economics" since money has to come somewhere, and with ponzi economics its bound to be down sometime, like axie's been plummeting, hurting their majority playerbase since profit declined

that was one of many examples tho, there were alot of others more "original" card game concepts with autobattlers. Tons that got decent attraction, and had a decent playerbase, plus ppl were profiting. But the concept too closely resembles a ponzi scheme. Without anything really complex. That hasn't worked. Illuvium has to be truly original outside just the illuviuals alone. Thats what makes illuvium interesting to me.

I think the council should vote to register ILV as a security. It IS one, especially with revdis, but thats ok. People who have no idea what a security is dont want to label some cryptos as securities. So lets say out of the 3million tokens that are used for Staking rewards, people choose to mint 400k tokens as SILV2, 3mil -400k = 2.6Mil + rest of the ILV tokens --> the max supply of ILV will be 10mil-400k = 9.6mil ILV tokens
