That pay is way higher than the average salary anywhere and for how many hours of work? I would propose the dao saves 50-90% of this money and instead hires another dev or two/ give existing devs a slight raise or something. Would not want revdis this is the treasurys pay.

We need to reward those that put in like Deraji. But with the current system it seems you dont even need to show up to council meetings or spend a minute in the discord to get the 5k bag a month

These lands were supposed to go for millions, have licensing. If you listen to a-wall they wanted to start e-sports competition within 6 months of launch. And have the biggest prize pool in e-sports shortly after that. Not only is that “millions” in landsale revenue we arent seeing. Were not going to be seeing the residual revdis from the ongoing e-sports tournaments.

Thats a huge chunk of revenue thats getting cut out all because we want better conditions? The original land-sale date was at the peak of the market. The pushed back date was well into the bear market.

If we really are in for a crypto winter that could last years this could push back so many other plans.

For me it's better that unlocks happen before the game releases to shake out weak hands and hoping the price per token gets really low so I can buy in at more favorable prices. I just watched the last video of the open world. BEAUTIFUUUL. I only have one note, the sense of danger is missing, that something could happen at any moment in such a strange world, instead of just walking around exploring... after a while the excitement can wear off. but I don't know if the video shows the final product. I can be tottaly wrong... congrats to the team for the amazing design.

Interoperability is what that is called. Lots of legal involved with that probably. Like you have to have IP/Brand permission and then build all the assets in game. Cool idea and I think I asked Kieran about that in a AMA a long time ago and his answer I think was like prob not for now. But don’t hold me to that.

Like is stated in the description, the video we put out is not an indication of final gameplay at all.
There is a huge amount of work going into overhauling all the mechanics like the player movement, capturing etc.
We're glad you enjoy the video but to be honest it's not at a AAA level yet, only the graphics.
We'll get there though.
We've always been harsher on ourselves than the community

Getting things up to AAA is what takes us so much time cause you can plan for something then be disappointed and the only choice is to redo or upgrade.
