No. You need to sell it to the pool and then buy fuel with the money you just made. However this is only due to a couple technical hurdles. But if we solve them then it wouldn’t have to be that way. But solving every single problem can take time. We’ve seen people have an expectation that absolutely everything is exactly how they want it AND want the game a year ago. These are tough asks.

Correct. It’s all about ensuring the system is locked down for everyone’s safety. We had about 20 mechanisms in the land sale to keep things running smooth so you couldn’t be exploited.

The other option is a Bored Apes style developer apathy where they don’t care about you guys wasting money.

We could develop quicker if we didn’t care about our customers being safe or having a good experience.

Like I said. If we find an easy way to keep it locked and let players mint fuel directly then we will do it. We don’t want to have things be inconvenient but we will do it in the times where it stops exploiting.

But we do know for sure that traveling to a T5 version of a region will cost considerably more than the T1 version. I remember one of the cofounders (maybe Aaron) said that they spoke to an economist who said they should try and bring down the cost to travel for the cheapest region to somewhere less than 10$. This was awhile ago though, so that all could have changed

Why not 100? Why not 1000? You are misunderstanding the system. Land owners will recieve 5% of ingame revenue regardless of fuel price. The fuel price needs to be set at a market equlibrium where the number of players * fuel cost is the max, accounting for the increase in players due to a lower price
This price will be decided by finding this equlibrum as accurately as possible. It simply doesnt make sense to say one fuel price will create more revenue then another simply because its higher, it just doesnt work that way
