Land allows you to earn from the Illuvium Zero mini game. It’s a city builder where you produce fuel tokens that are used in the main game as well as blueprints to create skins.
There’s no direct advantage for playing the main game since you could just buy the fuel and blueprints from the market.

I’ll be looking to buy land at 20% of start price or less. Bear market and a lot of lands so I don’t expect prices to be near the top.

my thoughts on revdis and token unlocks:

There will be a 600% increase in token supply over the next 12 months and the current market cap is 170m. There needs to be a billion dollars of inflows, including revdis over the next 12 months for the token price to stay where it is.
If all of the land sells at 50% of it's starting price that's about 150m, about half of that will be sILV2. That's about 75m of ILV buying pressure that can be distributed over the next year to offset the unlocks.
The main question is in my opinion is: should the revdis be dynamically deployed to keep the ILV price stable? or should it be linear? Dynamic might mean 75m of buying pressure could be distributed over the first 6 weeks after the unlock.
the revenue from Illuvitars could be deployed over the following month with the hope that then a full launch of the game would generate around 70mil a month to continue to offset the unlocks.
a linear distribution would mean ILV token price would suffer heavily in the short term due to the MASSIVE impact the unlocks will have paired with the very unfavorable macroeconomic conditions. After 12 months the linear distribution may begin to have positive price impact.
I don't think it's worth considering how much ILV gets distributed to your wallet until supply has reached dilution and there is a critical mass of player adoption. ILV price and ecosystem health needs to be maintained to be able to even reach this point.

Success isn't guaranteed and no smart investor will buy anything that has 8% of it's supply currently unlocked, unless there is a proven mechanism to offset it. Investors are important; especially big ones, they will help the game grow and be able to capitalise on it's 'first mover' advantage.

Random query. The illuvials have varying base stats in the game so you can like get a perfect stat version of an illuvial, when fusing them would u need 3 perfect stat ones to get a perfect stat of the stage above?

With 100% odds yes! When fusing it will choose a random stat from each illuvial to take with it. So 1 with bad stats can totally mess up your next stage's stats.
