No, if you claim ILV it will be Vesting (locked) for 1 year. There's no direct way to swap ILV to sILV2. If you have unlocked ILV, you'd have to sell it for ETH, and use the ETH to buy sILV2, if that LP remains active.

You can stake your ILV, and claim your rewards as sILV2 though.

I had an LP that was giving me rewards. When I claimed the rewards in ILV they locked in the 12 month vesting. Currently when I look at my vesting section it shows all of those rewards locked in V1. My LP is not currently locked anymore so it looks like I can claim that and re-stake manually.

Is it a prerequisite to withdraw and restake flexible deposits before we can upgrade all of our stakes to v2??

Yeah, anything that was locked in V1 will still read V1 in the Vesting tab. This is because nothing can be magically unlocked from the V1 contracts. An Upgrade is just telling the V2 contracts "Hey, you can look at my V1 stakes". The tokens are still locked in the V1 contract, but V2 is reading them and allocating rewards.

The claim feature will go live, at that point you should be able to claim those pending rewards.

Someone had an issue earlier where they withdrew a flex stake without claiming their accumulated rewards. But your pending rewards should be fine to claim after yield goes live again.

If it's $3k of SLP tokens, it's $1500 of ILV, which is just under 3 ILV at current prices. So you'd get revdis as though you staked just under 3 ILV at whatever weight your SLP is staked at.

sILV2 is the token reward from staking, so when you go to claim staking rewards you would choose sILV2 (unlocked) or ILV (locked for 365 day) this has nothing to do with the withdrawal.... if you restake ILV you will be able to withdrawal ILV when your lock is up

The one batch of rewards that get claimed would be locked for 12 months yes, but your ILV/ETH would remain at its current staked weight and duration if you don't withdraw it, unless it was staked as flexible, which woul dhave to be withdrawn and re staked

the 12 months will be on the yield reward you claim. That deposit will still unlock on schedule. By then you will be getting rev dis from the ILV part of it, and from the claimed rewards that are locked in, so it might be best to just leave it in and use your rev dis for liquidity, it gets paid out unlocked.
