Here's what happened. I spent a ton of my time in the degen channel, and we formed a very loyal army of Illuvium HODL'ers. It was away from all this preciousness in general chat. Often people said they would avoid it because there was just no filter. But that was the allure of it. The other thing was the sharing of ALPHA. You could gain access to whales and listen to their opinions on new projects without costing you a cent.

Then Illuvium got too big, and a ton of moderation started creeping into the degen channel. So one very smart lizard decided that he wanted that special place back with his friends. So he created a lounge for only 100 of his favourite ILV degens.

I went to the degen channel only to find it dead, or let's just say... not like it used to be, and I began investigating what happened.

@slate tinsel didn't want me to miss out, so he gifted me a lizard and then I bought and gifted @fathom siren (our most famous ILV whale) one of my lizards.

As a way of giving back to the community that helped bootstrap Illuvium back all those months ago, I decided that I would share Seed deals with the DAO—immediately giving the lizards utility (seed rounds are very limited).

And I fucking love the art. But fuck, it pisses me off that grants looks better than mine.

Ok, this is a very basic way of looking at modern day gaming guilds. They are like being a part of a tribe. They all work together to advance the whole tribe. So if you wish to join a guild, then you want to join a group of people that you feel could be beneficial to you and vice versa. Other wise you could be a lone wolf. But at this stage in the game we are all lone wolfs looking to start our own packs. And Illuvium is the territory that we are looking at to be ours! Who's going to be Alpha?😋🍻

Lands produces Fuel, blueprints and possibly materials for in-game usage.

In the main game you can find shards, but they are not purified.
To purify them you need to put in Fuel into a machine. So you need to buy that from those that provide it (partly the landowners)
Then there are blueprints that give your equipment a cool look which are also acquired in the land game.
