I came here because the product looks like the best. However, a pig in a dress is still a pig. Part of good due dillegance is to pick holes in every aspect of this project.

Pretty weird to say something is corrupt when you don't know what you're talking about. Wages and things like server costs come out of the treasury, which owns a portion of the tokens. And the treasury itself is owned by.... all the tokenholders. The reason why we are sometimes cagey about things like where all the revenues go is because we want to PROPOSE that some percentage will go to wildlife conservation. It's not because we want to use creative accounting. Otherwise we could just say 'nah, only 40% of revenues go back to the token holders.'

I mean we literally had a breach where people went to a fake website and flash minted things even though we have said for months that we NEVER do that because we want it to be fair... and then we committed to paying back people PERSONALLY rather than from the DAO.

Why did we say "no paying for flash minting"? Because we don't want people to have an unfair advantage.

Like I mentioned, you can apply to be a part of private beta, but it is pretty much exclusively reserved for experienced beta testers and people with super powerful PC's. Public Beta when everyone can play will probably come out in April

the way Illuvium's combat is better than TFT is you can avoid the RNG aspect and skip the buildup nonsense every match - just get straight to the fighting. Only possible downside is not everyone can get a full set of the best Illuvials, enhancements, and gear, so there will be a bit of the ole Pay2win. But that is what fuels the game economy (pun intended) 🙂

Well...the other thing is, there's just no way to really tell what kind of earning potential there will be, aside from "some" lol. Several different ways to get some cash too. I mean, if it's like other crypto games, the more you put in, the more you'll get out. That goes especially for in the beginning I suppose. (Although tokenomics of this, actually could have the opposite effect of sILV for instance going WAY farther in a couple years vs now, you know when ILV is way above 1k or even 2k)

Always when ILV pumps against ETH the APY increased a lot and the other way around too. We saw APY's of 700 % in the beginning for a short time. But the more people stake the lower the APY will be so after unlocking and stacking of seed and team you will see the APY dropping quite a bit for both pools as most of the seed, private and team token most likely will be staked for revenue distribution.

Clicking on a link is normally not the danger yet. You would need to do open something, or enter your username and password.

Well part of what was called ETH 2.0 is the merge or POS & POW, and a bunch of other technical things, one of which is supposed to lower gas. Maybe some techie can give us more info. right but L2's are so powerful that it seems fine. "Eth 2.0" which isn't called that anymore, but I digress, will (together with several other things) help gas fees. The way I understand it. L2s will pull a lot of weight where this is concerned, along with sharding and such. There's also supposed to be something done to make it easier, which if I remember correctly, is essentially not forcing every single transaction to have all previous transactions' receipts. Ah, there are a bunch of L2's in development. Ethereum is more about having a secure, solid foundation, that can be built upon. So things like SOL's network failure don't happen. To be fair, SOL should really be an L2 for ETH, I'm not sure why they went the way they did... probably for the money.

It's a game where you pay to do runs, and you catch whatever you like assuming you have the capital to do so. There's no real cap... although there is a bonding curve and some other stuff to make Illuvials deflationary

The way it's being marketed there will be an exponential reward though. I mean in the later versions. Not having to speak out loud, instant translation from other languages, not having to rely on your slow fingers to search for something on the internet, etc etc. The early versions will be dangerous and mostly about overcoming brain issues, but the future versions seem to have exponentially increasing rewards.

Surely though, if it didn't work in the beginning, they wouldn't continue to try to push it without fixing it. I mean at the end of the day it either works or doesn't. You can't fake stuff like being cured from mental disorders where there's a visual element. They already have suits that help people with a condition that causes them to shake REALLY bad, of course I forget the name of the condition.

I added the bit about visual element because people ignore health conditions that are invisible all the time. Like pain conditions especially.
