Anyone else given TFT a go in preparation for illuvium? That game is pretty addictive not gonna lie. Has me even more excited for illuvium.

I will say though, I tried TFT on PC and mobile and had two very different experiences. PC was great, especially for learning the game. Mobile is not beginner friendly at all in my opinion. There's just too much going on for such a small screen.

I wonder if illuvium will have similar issues when releasing the mobile version.

A lot needs to be released before it and that takes time (like staking V2, Trailer 2, land sale, Illuvatar, Private Betas 1-2 and with some members of the team suffering from COVID, it's not helping)

Oh yeah, I’m sure Covid is not lending much assistance. Only thing is… they said Q1… when it gets pushed to Q2 I think maybe Q3, Q4… I’d prefer a conservative timeline estimate that gives them an extra few months buffer just so things can be planned. I cannot answer that fully since I dont think details are out on how that will work. As far as I know there is a free element to each zone. And each zone will have a premium element. Those zones are more like instances. You go in, you extract value (resources/illuvials) and get out. Then you get your team/armor/weapons and go into pvp arenas pve arenas and fight/climb

You will have a limited amount of energy for a cycle of travel. Lets say 100 units of energy. A fight would be x units, harvesting would be x units etc. you choose how you spend your time there

To add them to the token, and stake them all total I am guessing about 250ish, maybe a little more, maybe a little less. But would be the same gas if you invested 150 or 1500 or 15000, the gas is based on the transactions and not the amount.

If only the battlers can bet, then match fixing is not as relevant (maybe someone loses to let his friend or teammate progress further in tournament).
However, if non-participants can bet, then match fixing would be a huge deal. In addition to that, non-participants being able to bet would open the door to potential ramifications related to gambling laws, youth having access to gambling etc.
My guess is that it will be participants only, but let's see...

• sell farmed materials
• sell crafted items
• play the marketplace (buy low, sell high)
• wager on battles in the Leviathan Arena
• earn some of the 1 Million ILV set aside for in-game rewards

BUT, while the game will be free to play, in order to participate in the earning part of the economy, a bit of money needs to be invested. A full cycle of travelling, curing shards, etc. is currently estimated to be around $50 (this can still change).
