Hmm, that’s going to be up to you and your goals with your land. Primarily which tier of land you’re looking for.

You have around a month left of staking rewards to receive until the land sale though. Take a look at the current APY for the pool you would be staking in and see if the rewards you earn between now and then would be close to how much you’d likely need for a land plot based on what Aaron listed in the proposal. But also keep in mind you’ll need to pay a gas fee each time you claim sILV.

I think buying sILV may be the safer route but again, definitely look into the calculations and see what works for your situation 🙂

On Land Sale. I love the latest draft but have a quick inquiry. As Prices have a celling, an abundance of sILV exists (approx 135 million) and only 20k lands for sale, I would assume whales with bots will purchase all land plots in seconds, which will place large land plots within Illuvium in scalpers/whales hands with small land plots in true gamers grasp. In essence, bots will purchase overwhelming plots, due to high sILV and low price in comparison to sILV available, and leave the majority of us having to pay ridiculous prices on secondary markets. I was wondering if there's a method to ensure more players can attain access to purchasing land and especially at higher tiers? For example, An existing owner of land needs to wait 2 minutes per land, before placing a bid on new land (their second land), permitting those without the land opportunity to purchase a plot of land. Just a thought, as I don't own a bot and current experience in purchasing Land or NFT's go only to bots. I love this game and believe more players equates to greater success of the game and not just whales gaming the game. Just thoughts. I love whales, they make games work, its' not a anti-whale thought, but instead a community sentiment to share land with us shrimp 🙂

You can import your wallet to metamask by using the seed phrase

I had to do this with The Sandbox because I bought land and sent to my coinbase wallet. I just used the seedphrase from coinbase wallet and clicked the import wallet thing on metamask and all of my assets were in metamask.

Revenue distribution is paid out in the form of unlocked ILV and the payout is done multiple times a week without a fixed schedule. Before paying out revenue distribution, the vault converts ETH spent in-game into ILV by buying it off the market which puts buying pressure on the ILV token and thus supports its price development.

Gotcha, in my head it was basically that you have an open market value for the price of fuel that you sell, lower supply = greater value, but every time you went to sell into the balancer for every 1 part that went into the balancer the DAO would automatically buy 19 out of the balancer to keep supply healthy and available so there couldn’t be squeezes or surges which help keep the price somewhat stable. So 1/20 is 5% so land owners would see 5% of total revenue of fuel sales and the DAO/stake holders will see 95% as that amount of fuel will be sold from the DAO through the balancer.
