Flash Pools are simply opportunities to expose ILV to the audience of other projects. They last 14d and during that time you can stake whatever token is chosen for the flashpool and get ILV as rewards

True, but don't forget that 1M ILV already now equal $150M in possible rewards. Launch and onwards those are probably $500M - $1B+ worth, so I do expect ILV to be more common to get than other games might give out stuff. But we'll see 🙂

Not sure, i don't use Coinbase because it has ridiculously high spreads and fee's and a prefer not to get ripped.
