I actually don't know if sILV can even be claimed after three years anymore. When Yield Farming is over, sILV should be over as well. It was always stated that claiming sILV prevents the same amount of ILV to be minted in the first place. So whatever is lost to sILV should happen within three years to my understanding.

I don't think you lose anything just because YF is over. What I mean is that a total of 3M $ILV are distributed via Staking. Those 3m are the only possible $ILV that could be claimed as sILV instead of ILV to my understanding. Since the majority is currently (and will most likely in the future) claim ILV, only so much can be "lost" to sILV claims. When those 3M are paid out as rewards and claimed, that should be it for sILV.

As far as I remember: In PvE and Leviathan Arena you have access to exactly the Illuvials and their particular stages as you own them including their unique stats etc. For the ranked arena everything gets normalized and as long as you own one stage of a particular Illuvial you can play all three stages.

Illuvials in each set will have a finite supply, they are on a bonding curve. As time goes on, they will become harder to capture. The main in-game burn mechanic comes with fusions. In order to fuse a stage 2 illuvial you need to combine 3 stage 1's of the same illuvial. It's the same for stage 3, you would need to combine 3 stage 2 illuvials. The first set will be genesis illuvials and once the 2nd set is released you will no longer be able to capture the first set in the wild. You can still buy them in the illuvidex / P2P marketplace from other players.
