Information concerning the revenue distributions (RevDis). I have now a clear understanding of the process and will explain it so that everyone knows.

RevDis are not weekly like we thought it was. The eDAO is manually buying with the vault on the open market regularly but randomly. It can be many time per week. Once the purchase is made, the RevDis are available to claim on the website of Illuvium. You can let them pool as long as you want for it to be worth paying gas. You can see in the batches what is from YF rewards and what is from RevDis.

A function is in place with tight slippage to prevent front running of the vault buys. It is manual because a random function can be read by bots anyway so it wouldnt combat front running like manual random buys will.

RevDis are not subject to pool weight but are subject to token weight (increased by locking your staked tokens).

If you have any questions or I was not clear about a point, don't hesitate to ask.

I mean sure, every sILV claimed increases the value of the $ILV you own, but without more data, I'd expect that missing out on revenue share and further yield farm due to burning some $ILV for sILV would cost more than the gains due to value increase for the remaining $ILV owned.

The thing that I like about staking is it will likely bring in a bunch of hungry yield farmers in the short term, without any ability to sell off those rewards. This will likely give us a pump, but then once the emissions start slowing, they will likely start peeling off into other protocols. So the question is how high will it make us go? And by the time the YF start exiting, will it even matter?
