ıf you list them this way, it will likely list them at the floor price; however, I wouldn't want you to list your assets at the floor price. First, check the market and try to find or produce items with high TPI... Currently, the sale of shards, ingots, or gems is already quite slow. I can say that you don't really need to sell these to generate income

Minigame idea inside Abysall Basin,
If anybody played GTA San Andreas may know this from the mission where you needed to learn how to use the plane and drive inside the red rings.

Apply this to Abyssal basin, you can only use the shiny "mushroom" to keep you in the air, if you touch the floor you loose and so on...

I believe it is just stating that, even though the Overworld will be closed, so you can't catch or fuse etc, you are still able to trade on the marketplace while the games closed.

We haven't heard anything about marketplace stopping in the MMO. I'd be very surprised if that was the case

One thing I have been thinking about as feedback for some time, that's not directly connected to your proposal. (which I why I chose to add it here).... is the name "MMO Lite".
It's fine to call it a MMO lite version while working on it internally and also when explaining it to existing community. but I would rather find a better name and start calling it that. (there is a risk that the "MMO Lite" label will stick, and can become difficult to change later).
Originally it was called "New Dawn", which sounds way cooler.

Controllers were never officially supported by Illuvium. People were just using third party programmes to make them functionable. If they no longer work, all you can do is hope implentation is made for the MMO-Lite.

Feel free to send a bug report in just stating what exactly has gone wrong with your controls, and perhaps they can see if there's a way to make it a non-issue going forward.

But yeah, the game wasn't exactly built for controll support yet - so it's unlikely they can be fixed easily if a problem has arose

Hello - quick question, I purchased a bunch of iluvials to dip my toes. When i go into the game client and click 'team planner' and 'iluvial ownership' they show up here however when I click 'new team' and try to make a team none of them are showing up there... why?

When using the 'New team' button, that is just to keep track of them in the shop when you are live in a game - it'll highlight those ones so you have an easier way of keeping track of them if thy pop up etc.

To actually use your own illuvials, you need to select one or two of them, in the Team planner. If you have done that, they will be used by you when you get them in arena

So don't worry about the 'new team' button - that's for visual aid more than anything else, so you can keep track of your illuvials in your comp as you play - but again, if you've selected your exact illuvial you want to use in the team planner part, then it will use that one everytime you play it in gauntlet rounds

how many Iluvials can I select to show up in arena?

If you make a new team, you can select 8 illuvials, but all the way up to stage 3. If you select a stage 3 illuvials for that team, you’ll be notified when the stage 1 and stage 2 of that illuvial is in the store by a little glowing border around them

So for example, if you select Ophisto. Everytime a squizz or an octius is in the store, that illuvial will glow to indicate that you should buy it, since it’s part of your planned ‘team’

Sorry man I am really confused I have no idea what I am doing wrong but cannot for the life of me select my team - I launch iluvium and when on 'Arena' do I select Team Panner to start making my team?

When I enter arena all I get is a bunch of level stage 1 iluvials some of which I dont even actually own to battle it out... even though the system shows me what I own in my wallet I cant see to compose my team

should I go to 'Arena' - 'Team Planner' & 'Iluvial Ownership (X)' to start my team?

I have watched videos and also read a medium article from 2024 which states the following however I do not see any team builder drop down on the website 'To do this, first, log in to your Illuvium account. When you’re inside, go to Games at the top menu, click on Illuvium Arena from the drop-down menu, then scroll down until you see this on your screen:'

The game gives you random Illuvials to build a team. If you own one of those Illuvials you will get the one you own rather than a game provided average Illuvial of that species. So, if you own an Atlas, your Atlas will show up to fight. If you own two Atlases then the one you chose when you went I to the team planner will be the one that shows up to fight.

You don't get to just drop 8 Illuvials you own onto the board as a pre made team.

Team planner is found in the game under Arena. Don't try to find it on the website, I am not positive but I don't think it is there anymore.

However none of my purchased Iluvials show up here, this is whats confuising

I think I get this now the more i re-read it - so in the actual arena the game will decide which iluvial it gives you to fight with BUT when you own an iluvial of that exact kind and provided you have selected it, it will show up - so stage 1 is stage 1 - if you own it and have not selected it as part of your team then you have to go with the game given one?

almost, and this is why we need better tutorials, it's just the moment the current version of the game was ready, the whole team moved over to develop the MMO, so probably no time to create the tutorials yet...
anyway, if you own the type of illuvial you pick to fight with it will show up whether you selected it in team planner or not, it will just automatically pick your highest level of the type, which might not be the best one you own

so for example, you own 2 kukkas, one is level 20 the other one is level 5 and you did not pick any of them in the team planner - the level 20 will automatically show up when you pick a kukka in game

but it might be the case that your level 5 one has better stats and that is the one you want to give XP to, then you can select it in team planner, and it will show up first instead of the level 20 one

also, your stage 2 and 3 illuvials will never be directly offered in game, you need to fuse them in game before they can show up, by picking 3 of the same type, which will automatically fuse into the next higher stage

Yea better tutorials absolutely its so confusing. So its not a play to win game - skill plays a massive part... ideally (if I have this right then) I would have a good iluvial of each available iluvial as I dont know what I will get in any given fight... - If I dont own one of every iluvial and that iluvial is given to me in arena then I would be disadvantaged by having a lvl 1 with crappy stats to fight with? whereas if I owned one I would be in decent shape

yes, you will only ever see a mjoll (stage 1 polar bear) in game, once you can pick 3 of those, they will automatically merge into a jokull (stage 2 polar bear) and the jokull you own will show up, then you need to build 2 more jokulls for them to be merged into a jotun - all in all you need 9 mjolls to be able to have your jotun on the board

but it CAN be used, you just need to manage your gold in game (and a bit of luck) until you find 9 mjolls but getting the stage 3 illuvials on the board is not easy

for this reason, a decent stage 2 animal is probably the most important unit of the type, as it will fight most often

but on the occasions you will get the jotun, it will be worth it

gold management is a major part of the strategy and top players are very good at saving gold early so they can spend more when it matters

the complexity is meant to be up there with chess, as this is an e-sport genre, so don't expect a quick mastery of the game, but it is fun when you get the hang of it so do put in some time to learn it 🙂

one good mjoll is enough at the beginning unless you use 2 mjolls on the board (which is usually not the best choice) - the moment it fuses into a jokull, your mjoll will show up again when you pick the next (but it does not matter because you will never play a njoll once you have a jokull, it will just sit on your bench until you find 2 more)

@dark flame When you go to the Team Builder in the game, that is for you to put together what you want to build in the arena.

Let's say you picked Jotun on a team and had that team selected. In the Arena, when Mjoll shows up (or any unit on your selected team) then it shows a little card icon at the bottom of that card to show that it is one you want for your team.

This feature is really helpful as reminders not to miss the cards you need, but that is all. It doesn't just give you those cards.

Guys, I really appreciate Illuvium's concept design and how it fuses various AAA elements.

I’ve been playing the game for a while, and for the longest time, I couldn’t quite put my finger on what felt 'off' about it. Then I realized: the game mechanics are actually solid, but the visual feedback is just too 'safe'.

Whether it's the art style, architecture, or the monsters, everything feels overly politically correct and neutral. As a result, it struggles to leave a lasting impression.

The benchmark here is 'Once Human'. If the game could shift its art style and narrative in that direction, it would instantly give it the 'soul' it's currently missing.

Our creatures just slay anything else out there in terms of looks... Suit skins in their current form are much more debatable as they look too similar to each other indeed, but to suggest that we should go to the direction of your "benchmark" is still kind of an insult.

No. Its a crypto coin, not a registered security, so the dev team does not have any responsibility with regards to price action what so ever. If you want to hold assets where the devs are legally responsible to support the price, then buy registered securities, you can now buy them in a tokenized format too.

But if you simply just put 5 mins of research time into the lifespan of a game, you ll see that a normal AAA game on steam has a peak user count on the first week of its release, of which just two months after only 17% (!) remains, and after that user count tend to go only one way. So if you have a token with its price is tied to how many people play a game, the decline in value is guaranteed. Gaming coins should never be treated as investments (unless if you are shorting them)
