I love playing Overworld mode, running, exploring, catching illuvials.
For this, I spend money to buy resources and enter stages 1 and 2 (or 3),
I spend money to buy resources for shards, I spend money on resources to combine illuvials.

All aspects of the game in Overworld "inspire" me to spend money, but now they took away 90% of my earned experience!!!

The arena mode is currently nonsense. Survival mode is bugged to the max, you constantly crash, you lose level up points, the game doesn't save wave data well and sometimes it gives you waves that are too difficult for that point... it bothers me I'm afraid to play it because 90% of the games I end up dying or having to abandon because of a bug. Ascendant mode is a boring game mode, with a terrible meta, almost impossible to balance, and also full of bugs. Gaunlet mode, in addition to being full of bugs, is in such a premature state of development that it shouldn't even be playable right now. So the team has decided that next season you will reduce the rewards to less than half, and what will have the most rewards are tournaments and lederboard, which I understand is arena mode... the game is currently not good and there are people that has already gotten tired, the overworld mode is no longer profitable, most people play for the rewards, that change is going to cause you to lose a lot of players, the majority are not going to adapt to that change unless you are able to fix the arena mode, it will leave the game and that's it, and the fuel if there is no important change will drop a lot. Your game right now has some players, although few because of the rewards, and because right now what is rewarded the most is the overworld, which is the least bad mode. With the change you will lose a lot of players, and if you don't make any changes, the price of fuel will surely fall sharply.

The game should never have been released in this state, much less released in July, which is a very bad time to release a game because people are on vacation, and summer is historically the worst time for the crypto market.

Regarding Illvials, the first time to appear in the shop in the Gauntlet,

For example, if I have LV60 (750,000 exp) axon and LV60 (760,000 exp) axon, it is not guaranteed that I will get the latter axon, but rather it will be selected at random. Or, it may be that the one with the lower NFT number is selected.

I would like this to be changed so that the one with the higher exp is always selected. If this is not done, I will have to move the weaker axon to another account, and even if I want to have two axons on the board, progress may not go as expected.

It's not so much that I use them, but that others use them against me. The barrier buster or whatever that does 30% more dmg when it hits a shield, means that if I use either one of my 3 empath comps, I lose to a 300k dmg round and nothing i can do about it, so I just dont use those

but when you are on round 5 and they have not played that aug, I sometimes will go ahead and complete a team with empath and then boom, they play it and I lose the last hour's worth of gains.

The Illuvium Arena had leaderboard rewards like 6+ months ago. As Illuvium entered a new phase of development they were paused. In terms of the games excitement they were very successful, and the community has been asking for their return for a long time.

The community has been eagerly awaiting leaderboard rewards for a long time. However its based on a contest of skill. U need to compete and rank up to be eligible.

Owning NFTs helps as well, but really you don't need to spend more than $30-50 to get some decent stuff, significantly cheaper than Bigtime

And there will be free competitive leaderboards too

Now arena I can't deny, that's fully competitive mode and should have lb no doubt. But like for one small example. Zero is something I can't really see as a team to do a lb. Even for me I understand as a f2p if I want to go far I need to save up starting from over world to save up and get a land. But how long some timers are as you advance (coming from wax for last three years) I get tired fast with click/tap style games. Zero should be what it is, a resource generator for other games and nothing more tho

But that's also only having played OW and Zero. And knowing trying to do anything in arena will be met with competition, it's stupid imo to spend time there when I need my own illuvium in the end for real battles

Well I'm speaking from the focus of a new empty pocket looking to join and grow with the game, what got me was the fact there is governance staking. It's just being in the space of crypto games since 2020 and looking as it develops. It's hard not to see things and be like "wait a minute" what someone suggested before about milestone points being every lasting could work, but the teams needs to put some work into a deal bot detection system and not just remove everything they abuse and hurt us in the same axing

Like for example, make missions; ALL MISSIONS only count if made from assets that you are the first and only owner of, that stops bots and big wallets spending to flood points all across the board (OW ofcourse) from suits to weapons and illuvials;resources and all

Like I spent a good 10 hours making s0 t3 full suits and half of s0 t2 weapons, all for nothing

I've been pushing a point lately, and if illuvium works right it will prove true with them. Crypto is nothing but stock in a company. Nothing about this is new, it's old practices and why USA and SEC try their damnedest. Played right ilu can account for the teams value as a company, only if they listen to investors who buy hold and stake the tokens for governance. I would hope there is some separate governance stake and a stake for silu. So there is clear distinction between how much is staked for rewards and how much for the games actual governance so there's never no behind the curtain effect

Yes that's exactly what I mean. The best example I can give comes from Wemix/play wallet and mir games. Mir where there is reward staking, and staking for bonuses to game worlds/channels

Both are separate tokens but one effects in game while the other can be used in the game market

Obviously the general idea of ownership and governance tokens is that they are an alternative for the existing status quo of a share based ownership model. Everyone knows this, it's not some hot take.

Some organisations treat them exactly like this with the only difference being the decentralisation of the ledger.

Others make small variations, for example direct voting rather than an elected board, or revdis instead of dividends. And others go further, for example rewarding governance tokens for playing a game.

It's totally reasonable to suggest that Illuvium moves more towards a traditional model (or away) but it's hard to take a post seriously when it puts forth common knowledge as if it is some enlightened view.

Remember T5S3 are tier 5 for a reason, they're meant to be special and rare. Also if you used to be a Pokemon boy or girl, think of OW as you going to a shop to buy a pack of Pokemon card. In the card, sometimes you'll have rare pokemons, and sometimes you'll just have the pleb ones, sometimes you'll get holos, etc. Illuvium is the same way. You going to the shop is the same as your runs in OW. For example I've been looking for that special Rhamphyre with good stats, since summer. Still haven't because I understand it's a T5S3.

Hopefully at the fireside they don't dance around the fact that they falsley advertised points for weeks then after stealing the points from players that commited time and treasure, like a-holes pointing to some post back in Sept 6th! They had time to drum up that post, but did not have time to remove the "points" for forging those expensive items. How is that morally or ethically right? Stop sucking at life Illuvium leadership. Reinstate everyone's points, manage the project correctly and take a hit on the chin if you are wrong and do better. Removing everyone's points is total BS.
