I think the measures they took regarding the milestone points and wave points in Survival are very good. It's great because those of us who put in the effort to earn points will be the ones rewarded. However, sometimes when playing Overworld, since there are no milestone incentives, the adrenaline of reaching some goals for more points is a bit lost. Once the daily tasks are done, it becomes a bit boring and repetitive. It would be good to start events as soon as possible to maintain that necessary adrenaline to keep us active.

Hey guys ! Sadly i realized that there is no opened "Service and Customer Support Feedback" in #1020759212172775464 ... maybe there is a possibillity to move that post. First of all i might explain the situation. A friend transfered money to layer1 Passport, so for now its gone.

I want to just say thanks to the Support Team of Illuvium. Most time people working in the Support are not mentioned and just get the problems of the user. No user will get in touch for saying thank you. Only at problems... When people doing a great job you need to be grateful and so i am.

Illuvium has to lay a bridge between "the old system" and the "new system" to hook people and its hard to get the cryptoaspect out of it, so people who dont know and dont want to know about crypto are scared of playing such a game, because they dont understand the universe they are delving into.

So my friend is close to this, he is interestedin crypto but because he dont know anything about it its for him hard to trust in, and as i mentioned in the backdays most projects dont even have any support or coins were just lost instant. Projects also dont care about any usage u just got a message with 1 row like "We´re sorry for your loss, but there is no Opportunity to get back anything".

So and now whats most important.
Normally people in customer support are third party underpayed attendens which have no idea of what they are talking about. I know, as i work in it.
My Colleague got a message by Peter from ILV Support Team and there i have to say: Guys i love you and Peter, great job. They Mail my colleague sendet was like: Hey i send coins to wrong adress.
Like 10 words not more.
They answer of Peter was :

1. Technichal Explanation whats the Problem (even understandable for someone who don´t know about layers)
2. Explanationing of a solution
   and than the most important what i like:

"We will keep your ticket open until Immutable releases support for Layer 1 assets on your Passport so we can inform you immediately once you regain access to your funds."
So he as a customer knows that he get contacted so he dont need to care about.
And that is exactly whats perfect customer service.
So itself there is money away and he didnt understood even why money is gone he stays in a good mood and is not a lost customer.
