there is visual update on visualization of survival mod, health bar and highlight lines around enemy and ally characters (red and green), but I dont know why dont you put collision box for clickking and carrying characters so we dont have to click exact mesh of characters, there are some protruding parts of characters and even if you think you click on them but actualy you dont, if there was sphere or capsule collision around them for mouse clicking we could easily move characters, why didnt you care about it, dont you play your own game while doing debugging etc? @plain delta

no it is not customer issue or etc. the issue I talk about is just requires putting validations, you just need to validate if user clicked on "start" button or not, if he/she didnt click, there shouldnt be any way to start game with validations, if you played survival mode, some times when you move your illuvials or upgrade them game starts suddenly even if you have time or didnt click start. this is huge problem because it ruins your game experience and your time because you have goal to reach 40th wave and it is so hard to do it, you shouldnt do mistakes you dont have so much chances to try again

I made my early withdrawal and lost 1.15 ILV when I withdrew my 4.92 ILV were worth 247 dollars, Illuvium took 5 days to pay me I received it today and the value is 197 dollars, I lost 1.15 ILV and another 50 dollars due to the delay in payment, Illuvium is paying a bad experience for users, this is very sad, this only makes your audience go after other games

I know it is frustrating, however the delays in withdrawal is done through IMX blockchain. It has nothing to do with Ilv or the team delaying your payments; if you read a lot of the recent announcements, it has completely down to the IMX blockchain being delayed.
You can always hold off and sell at a later date if price rises; but again, I understand your frustration but it’s important to know this is not Illuvium failing to help your withdrawal, it’s just blockchain delays that are out of our control

Same with a lot of minting issues, it’s not particular in the hands of the game; more the blockchain we are currently on

I wouldn’t count on that. No web3 game atm has managed to maintain a sustainable income stream for its users. Axie one of the first, failed miserably. Id be surprised if any game successfully gets this accomplished. This game gives you the opportunity to earn if you’re lucky, otherwise, it’s just a money sink for most players. In order for web3 games to make money for their players, they first need to be making a lot more.

They can't do anything until they get rid of the blockchain and switch to a regular database. Games are not meant to use the blockchain.

This is not something the devs can fix. It is a blockchain problem. Likely they will realize this and in the next month or so, likely we will see an announcement of them giving up being a crypto game. That is honestly the best option.
