I don´t think so, maybe think in a way of hitting 3 times the first 16% is little less likely than missing 28, to give perspective, or hitting 2x first in a row is also about 3% only, but prob did happen as well.
(yes these are bad examples, because they disregard, that we talk about many events, so at some point a first shard would hit and then it is 1/6 after that to get the 2x in a row in reality, making it far more than the 1/36, same about the other in a row events.)
