I'd unforunatly say it's probably something you need to wait on - Immutable are probably working through it. Doesn't sound like you will have lost anything though; just a delay in receiving it.

Hello, I noticed an opponent who has been constantly coming in ARENA Mode for 3-4 days and I wanted to look into it. (G4UDI) This person always enters matches with his own teams and plays arena. And I see this whenever I enter. I think it is a cheat or a bot. And usually his teams consist of seriously special illiviums. This caught my attention and I saw that he put Tier5 Stage 3 Ophisto on the team. There was no Ophisto in the ready team or in the free ones in the build section. I examined the accounts with Ophisto one by one and this guy did not have Tier5 stage 3 Ophisto. I found that there was a similar situation in 3-4 other ILVs he put. I request that this account be looked into. We also opened a ticket and wanted to convey this issue here. @restive mist @wispy kindle

Plating can be used on any gear called 'plating, and same with aeroweave. Once you've made it in the forge, equip a piece of armour (like where you put the weapon and jetpack, mag boots etc) and then click X on it

I'm really starting to enjoy all of this. The more time I put into it, the more interesting the progression becomes.

Hunting for Illuvials with stats over 200% on the market and in Overworld is quite satisfying.

I also find that farming Stage 0 for resources like Floraballs or Gumbos is useful for basic battles in Stages 1-2-3. It gives a small edge that helps avoid losing fights by accident.

I totally admit that many things could improve it's gameplay by a lot, like more danger in the map, more feature for land like reroll of illuvials stats, more storyline incorporated in the game also would be nice, the ability to fight illuvial like the old Pkmn style with attacks/skills and so on...

But overall, it's starting good in my opinion...
