All regions will have the same total counts of illuvials. But the different regions do in fact have different probabilities regarding which types of illuvials are most likely to appear there

This is not necessarily the actual rates. But it gives a generally accurate idea of what is most likely to appear in which regions.

Most of us will be banned then... there´s no official info that bans this, it´s not cheating either... as long as you have obtained those on the right method, i hope there would be no punishment. Personally i´ve transfered many things to my wife who plays since season 1, and now im helping her getting all the milestones. I´ve created a secondary account for my son, because i´m stuck at 3.5M points on my main account and i don´t want to do the Exp milestones, and i suck at arena.
So , as long as you don´t cheat / exploit anything, i hope we would be fine.

There is no set date yet. As you know there was an issue with cheaters using scripts for phase 1...the team is making sure all rewards go to true testers bit it's taking longer than anticipated

Everybody can see everything. You pay extra to see it faster. Do you really think players jump into a region, scan all, jump out and repeat that for hundreds of runs to get good Illuvials?
And even if that would be the case then it is no problem at all. Because that just gives you more runs per hour. Why would that be bad for the game? Do you know what's another way to have more runs/hours in the game economy? More players. So by speeding up your runs you are just speedrunning the economy. And I would hope they designed the economy for lots of players

If there is money involved already, it's hard to justify paying just to scan the region, which you can do manually. Even if they did pay, it's good for the economy since they will keep buying, and the taxes from that will go to the stakers.

it is not. If something is bad it needs to be changed. Just play as you would in mainnet and then the team gets all the data that it needs to look at and can implement changes.
The way without autoscan was alot worse were cheater benefit from it and others had a disadvantage. I don't say autoscan is the perfect solution for that but it is something worth trying

this can be a measure to hook whales in the game. may be current numbers showed that the number of players will be not enough in the beginning to catch all dark holo and holo illuvials (statistically), so this could deter some whales, cus they cant buy full teams shiny on the market, but this mechanics to autoscan for money will hook them, make them spend more. just my thoughts🤔

in the start of the game there can be a situation when not all holos and dark holos are caught at all to the end of the season, cus no enough players, so a lot of money will be lost by both players who didnt catch them and the game itself (stakers). why loose the money? this autoscan can be a temporary measure.

And with time you'll get used to knowing what class / affinity the illuvials are
