During this Airdrop points event. You can capture all the stage of the illuvials (creatures) or you can fuse them using the fusing terminal in Sanctum Mesa your main base (required xp on your illuvials, win a fight to gain xp when playing your illuvials on the battleboard.

If you only want to fuse them you will need 10 3(stage1) x3 = 9(1s stage3) for a total of 13 stage 1 illuvials.
