@near pier Hey Rich would you be able to direct me to the right spot? My wife is staking on Illuvium website and tried to do her ILV2 upgrade. Metamask prompted the gas fee, took the gas but the transaction failed and nothing happened. We asked Metamask support to look into the tx and they said there was an issue with the smart contract. So essentially she is out of pocket some ETH for the gas and no upgrade. We are afraid to do it again in case the same thing happens. By the way she has already emailed support a few days ago I think but not sure if that is the best route.
