To answer your other question - land does get you access to the Illuvium: Zero Alpha, and you have an extremely high chance of getting beta access as a land owner.

4 questions - You're referring to the speed ups in Illuvium: Zero, yes? Presumably those would be paid for with sILV2 or Fuel (or potentially via app store purchases on mobile, if app stores change their tune about NFTs).
For the wider tokenomics? It's a potential sink for sILV2 and a source of revenue for the DAO.
If no one uses Fuel, no one needs Fuel. This has always been the case though, if no one spends money, it follows that no one would get revdis or Fuel revenue.
Incentives to play above T0 in IL:Z or above S0 in Overworld?
For the former, plots above T0 generate Fuel and can mint Blueprints. That's not the case for free to play land, which can create Fuel within the game, but cannot turn that Fuel into an asset, it's basically locked to in-game functionality within IL:Z.
For the latter, you get higher Tier materials and Illuvials. S0 can only spawn S0 materials and Illuvials.
Land owners depend on the success of the games just as much as ILV holders, Fuel usage is a massive metric for both groups.
