picking of the lands would be dependant on your style of gameplay & what you want to achieve out of it - which will be connected to the blockchain side of the overworld at a later date.
when game is in release mode you would need to maintain your land to be able to generate fuel at its maximum rate. build different things to do different things on your land depending on the fuel and resources that are connected to it.

In Illuvium the fps is 15-20 on minimum settings.

What can be the problem? Is the game not optimized?

I tried it on gtx 1650 and it worked fine (60 fps) on medium. Not sure why you are having such problems, maybe the team can help you, but I guess you can try updating Nvidia drivers or reinstall the game

What do you mean? You can have 1 upgrade per slot. The extra three slots per slot is just extra space so you can bring more upgrades with you to switch around with I guess. Not sure if I answered your question

Stage 0 - Free version of the game, you can catch there free T0 illuvials, free T0 rocks etc
Stages 1-3 are version where you have to pay to enter but you get T1-T5 resourses/ illuvials etc

They come from Illuvium: Zero, no one has access to that yet.

I think what you are missing is this is a visionary project - one many hope to be a ground breaking game/metaverse! To own say a t4 or t5 land plot in that is something really valuable to a minute few 🙂 - personally I wouldn't pay that much for t4 land either

Diluted market cap of ILV is about 300 mil. ILV produces 95 percent of fuel. Only if total land is valued at 15 mil would it match the fuel value of ILV (excluding blue prints from the equation for a sec)

You don’t need to define a particular revenue to compare revdis. Basically if ILV gets 95%of fuel and land gets 5% then their yield from fuel is equal only if the total value of land is 5% of the total ILV value. Since land is valued at more than 5% of the total ILV value it indicates that land is overvalued.

Here's how I'd value land; I'd look at forecasts for usd revenue... this is highly speculative of course but I'd say 200m-1bn rev is a nice non too extreme estimate for yr 1. Here's my old calculations for it:

47438 fuel sites in 1st sale. If revenue is 200m - 1 billion year 1 and no extra land plots are added into the mix we can take 5% of those range revenues but that range is our basis for all of this - you may like to use a different range 🙂

5% of 200m = 10m
5% of 1bn = 50m

10m split between 47438 pumps equally is $210
On 50m that's $1050

So t1 at $500 each has a max realistic upside of 100% returns or 200% if your able to sell land for 500 too

My 1 fear is actually I didn't add any of the producrion boosts in 😅

The upside for ILV is anything up to 5000% I guess haha so comparatively ILV is wayyyyyyyyyy better for an investor 🙂

Ok easy example. Let’s say Illuvium makes $10,000,000 in revenue.

$9,500,000 will go to stakers divided among the 10 million tokens so $0.95 per token.

$500,000 goes to landowners divided by 20,000 for an average of $25 per land.

Token price right now is basically $40 so that’s a 2.4% return on investment.

For a land to have the same 2.4% return the average land would need to cost $1041. Which sounds fine until you do the math to find out the average land has 4.4 fuel sites after adjusting for production boosts. For reference the T2 land only has an adjusted 4 fuel sites and the floor is $1244.

This shows that per $ invested you will get a higher return from tokens than land.

If you want to play, you should sign up. It's basically no commitment on your part, and there's a chance to get in. AFAIK it's not a waiting list, basically everyone who does all the steps gets in. The only people I've seen not getting in are people who haven't done everything possible. There might be exceptions, but they are exceedingly rare.

Everyone I've seen who hasn't gotten in is not level 5 in Discord, not a Twitter raider, and/or not participating in Trivia at all.
