An interesting proposition. They're very different equations. For example buying a house you normally funnel the rent into paying the mortgage. Also you have other considerations like utility and insurance. And simply bad tenants that could dent your pockets. In theory ilv functions very differently and doesn't provide a tangible asset after the mortgage has been paid off. Ilv also has its own share of risk. The game not performing as you expect it to. Your ledger being compromised. And it is less resilient to a global financial collapse/recession

Thoughts on a mobile companion style mobile overworld experience that has the same loops but really scaled back in a more Pokemon DS type quality/experience. Will run on a big install base and allow the 'mobile only' capable players to experience the full current play loop. It would be a nice to have even for PC players to be able to use your fuel capture some stuff or mine when your traveling or don't have access to your main rig. OW in its current form cant really port to mobile, I know this is way out of scope and stuff like this will be thought of down the line but I am always interested in peoples takes.

Hello everyone, I have question hopefully someone knows. If the revenue for land owner in general is 5% that means the revenue will be split for 20k land plots. But it is not equally split, because the land have different amount of fuel sites. If the revenue per land is determined by its ability to contribute to the pool (19:1) a tier 2 land has triple the amount of fuel sites + a production boost, that checks roughly out with price as a Tier 2 costs 3 times a Tier 1. However this does not scale to the next level with a Tier Two having 3 Fuel sites and a Tier 3 having 6 Fuel sites, a Tier 3 is higher priced then double the price of a Tier 2? What am I missing here in my calcuations?

depends on ur play style but u could always not scan, extract everything for max speed and then after a bunch of runs just sell off any extra u dont need to buy more of what u do need on secondary

altho scanning is still useful for seeing if a deposit has a lot or only like 5 things inside it too

imo the spawn and capture rate of T4-5 is a bit high. Capture power is way too strong when I can use a tier lower shard and still almost catch any T4 and 5 everytime.

Highley likeley the balance will be changed when the open beta comes out, you would need T5 and capture power to even have a chance.
