Since there is are currently the unlocks happening for the Token + a general bearmarket + more liquidity in general the token is more responsive to price swings. While I am sure that if the game is sucessfull you will make a profit with your land holdings, you will make much more profits with ILV

Since I have a few more minutes I will take the time to explain. How are NFTs valued? Right now most of NFTs are valued by the speculation that someone in the future will pay more for it e.g Bored Apes. You believe that Yuga labs will keep delivering airdrops and/or games events etc. You decide to buy bc you want to be a part of it and or turn a profit bc you think they will rise more in the future, they have no inherent value since everything is based und unsure expectation and your assumptions. However with utility NFTs its different (the downside is:) you can value them, with Discounted Cashflow models. How much will my return on the NFT be if I know what payout to expect. In an efficient market nobody would be willing to pay more for the utitily NFT if it cant produce more, since this is what it is valued for. Yes you are correct, the Value of the NFT will rise bc more people will play and therefore more revenue will be generated. But since the price of the output that you generate is fixed and your land share can get easily diluted. Thats a short summary but sums it up

A lot remains to be seen with revdis - If all revdis were sold immediately, it would have no effect on the token price. If it's not all sold, or some portion of it is distributed to "lost" wallets, there will be a gradual increase in token price. There's a ton of other factors there as well of course, because nothing in crypto is valued accordingly strictly to fundamentals.

Arguably land on sandbox has much more interactivity because its the main part of the game but we still have so much that we don't know about how good IZ will become or will land have more open world experience in the future. If land can be accessed in Overworld then that could completely change the game. Im not saying either land or ILV will outperform one another Im just saying with so little information we have currently nobody can say for certain which one will outperform one another. Theres too many ppl saying buy ILV when others ask if land or ILV will be better but I have yet to see any convincing calculations made that shows ILV will outperform land.

I hold way more ILV than land so I would b happy if ppl buy ILV instead of land but its irresponsible to just get ppl to buy ILV instead of land with statements like "ILV will outperform land"

I think we can very very safely say ILV will outperform land 😉 from an ROI point of view. Lands realistic upsid is about 100-200% returns. IlV from $40 has a realistic potential return of easily 2000% given the right scenarios, maybe ever 4000% NFA just a theory based on logic and past performance

It's a bit complex but the main principal is to do with start point. Land was sold in a very positive time for crypto and its over bought technically in terms of price. ILV is massively oversold meaning we are comparing returns to a commodity that's over sold and another that's over bought

It's like saying person a makes $100 from 1 usd invested and person b mad $200 from 50 invested. Person 1 made much better returns

10m split between 47438 pumps equally is $210
On 50m that's $1050

So t1 at $500 each has a max realistic upside of 100% returns or 200% if your able to sell land for 500 too
