Based on the length of the lockingnperiod, your yield farming rewards per timeframe are calculated.

Once your tokens unlock, they continue to gain these same rewards along with revdis over the ILV part of your SLP if applicable.

So no, if you restake you dont get more. At this point you just lock again for no special reason. Unless you lock for longer than your initial lock. Say 1 month previously and now you feel comfortable with a 1 year lock f.e.

I imagine it is a lvl 1 illuvial but with better stats than an illuvial at the level that it is supposed to fuse.
I heard somewhere that you may require a certain level of illuvial to have it be eligible for fusing. Say (random numbers) Atlas needs lvl 15 before fusing. then likely, Axons' base stats will be close to the lvl 15 Atlas. So if you use a lvl 50 Atlas i expect the Axon to be lvl 1 but as strong as lvl 15 atlas anyways.

But i may be wrong. Not much was shared on it.
