if you like clue, i recommand you read about loot of Lima 🙂 It is set in 1820, and the players are searching for 2 chests on an island. All the hints are split between the players, and we get to ask questions to each other to try and find where are the chests. The way the questions are formed is fantastic, and There is no wandering in corridors for 5 turns like in Clue

Prod. Boost is 100% because of its tier, and landmark boost is around 10% for one element- or one fuel type

Depending on of its a T3 or T4^ since yours is a T3 you get a 10% boost on one resource on top of the 100% production bonus. So you get 10% more of a particular element and you produce 100% faster than a T1 would.
