I have...it's not real gameplay...just alot of hype but little substance (no offense) most games in dev usually show some intense game play and more details not art

Not sure how you equate the explanation that someone who does art doesn't necessarily do computer programming and vice versa as bending over.

I wouldn't worry about Illuvium running out of money, it has some loyal investors with deep pockets and a very dedicated team. The people working on this are actually excited by the project and that's one of the reasons Illuvitars have become what they have. They aren't going to be a waste of resources and they aren't taking away from finalizing the game.

If you are stopping into this discord server multiple times per week and seeing some of the regular bear market talk is bringing you down or releases aren't being pushed out in a manner you were expecting (because let's face it, things are constantly changing within game development), you always have the option to step away from Discord for a while so you do not subject yourself to seeing things you believe are going to bring you down 🙂

Whether you're stopping into the Discord or not, the team is continuing to build and work on this project... and the products are going to be up to the standards of those who are directing it. So it'll be some good quality

I'm not sure what you mean with your question here... sorry 😅 But the private beta at the moment is just the Autobattler arena in a survival PVE mode.

At the open beta launch, there will be many more aspects to the game, including Overworld exploration, Sanctum Mesa hub for crafting and tasks when you're not exploring or battling, and multiple Area modes. In that sense, the game could be considered unrecognizable when comparing it to what was available in the first private beta.

Quick question:

Once the emissions for ILV is over, we must continue staking to earn rev divs.

I have not been able to find whether there is a lock in period for these tokens.

For example, do we need to stake for a certain term as we are now or will people be able to stake and unstake as long as they’re willing to pay gas?

Only reason I bring this up is because if you make the term longer, less people stake meaning more rev divs for those of us who truly believe in project.

I could be completely wrong here as I can’t find more info on this specific question.

Should be noted that average weight of ILV pool is approx 1.9/2. So you would more or less get exactly what you calculate. (given revenue and staked tokens). However at 1.0 weight you are gonna get half what you might expect

I guess I keep thinking that a majority of people will stake their ILV but there will be a lot that remains liquid or at 1.0 weight.

Lots of protocols are lucky to have 60% to 70% of token holders staking with high APR's.

It's hard to compare anything to ILV, but working towards figuring out what I need ILV wise so earn my monthly rev divs goal.

I think it won't get any better as end of the year energy prices might increase again..

But I was thinking it would be really cool and good for publicity for Illuvium to put out a documentary.. have a small film maker just follow the team around and show the day to day life of an awesome developing web3 project.
