I get in maybe 20 bubbles and checks all the stats of the illuvial, I only catch the good stats one, if I don't find any than I go for all the rock, making a run takes me maybe 1h30, I do one maximum per day

at least it is fair to say that if you drop a few hundred dollars you can get a lot of play time in even if it's low quality pure grindy gameplay

the running around illuvial is the strongest and rarest. so a T5 can have multiple T5's in the encounter. I think it's based on mastery points. so an illuvial with 65 Mastery points (Lynx) can be more rare than a 50 MP one while the 50MP is T5 S1.

Holo and Dark Holo are always the most rare. So a T1 S1 holo can have a T5 S1 non-holo hidden inside the encounter.

Not limited at all, sometimes minting just gets a little stuck.
While this bug is present, it can usually be fixed by logging out of your passport on the website, logging back in and then rebooting your game. You should see your stuff start to appear/mint then

For the points each Illuvial cost some amount of points to summon on the field, that's is the same amount needed to capture it, if your energy bar ( the one above the battlefield) is below that number I won't let you

Incase you was still a little curious on how capture costs work, the amount of mastery points an illuvial cost to place onto the board (the little gold chip on their portrait) is the exact amount it will cost in encounter stability (the purple bar at the top) to throw ANY tier shard, once.

So if you want two throws on a squizz(50 mastery points) you will need at least 51 encounter stability

Brightland steppes is Nature/air

No it is not that simple, since bonus fluctuate as well. The ratio of bonus is increasing significantly lately, so while the chart show that prices are stabilizing, the real price is going down hard.
The charts is misleading because the bonus is the thing that matters right now.

I understand that the bonus is not easily accessible, but I think you should measure the bonus % each day buy buying low amounts and including in the chart. Because right now it is by far the most valuable information to have.

Lol, nothing is crazy, it's all normal. The fuel price is determined in ETH, so the displayed price you see (in dollars) fluctuates with the price of ETH. It can go both directions.

The bonus fuel you get depends on how many land owners are selling and at what price. Right now, the demand is lower than the supply and we are getting a nice bonus. No need to panic, enjoy the low prices instead 🙂

Have been involved in Illuvium and its game testing since the very beginning.
My likely unpopular opinion is that we should stop the development of the Overworld and sunset the current game.
Before your face turns red, read a lil bit more.

I think we are currently in a weird spot with our games because:

1. Illuvium is not 100% catered to web3. They dont care about playing too much. Simple games are enough and games like Axis and Pixels provide the evidence for this. Easy to access, simple, catered for collecting and trading. No need for AAA graphics per se. Also, mobile is key here. Forget desktop for high player numbers.
2. Illuvium is not 100% catered to web2. Web2 standards are too high and they hate crypto. So, in order to have a chance in web2 (and most projects fail there anyways mind you), the games (especially OW) need to become much better AND the web2 world needs to warm up to crypto which will happen, however I think it will take much longer than people think.

And even though the initial experience is great (I like the atmosphere and music) after you do this for a few days, it becomes pointless routine and the appreciation drops substantially. I can imagine that the OW experience can be improved, however this does not seem possible without substantial work (aka $). And in the end of it all, I still question the whole point of the OW, because I just want to collect Illuvials using simple means on mobile.

Given the above observations (and opinions) I propose the following:

1. Keep Arena, iterate on it. It is a remarkable game that stands out (true AAA) and a great competitive game with the right gaming modes.
2. Sunset the current OW. ILZ becomes the place where you can find Illuvials. Use fuel to find Illuvials, still have a tiering system for runs. Have runs like in typical mobile gams, where you find something with a certain probability. The more fuel you use / the higher the tier, the more likely to find better ones. Can also have multple slots for concurrent runes. If you think about it, this is foundamentally not very different to the OW, where there is a certain chance to find a certain Illuvial and certain chance to win the fight and capture it. All boils down to an ultimate coin toss. That coin toss currently is just rather involved, where in ILZ it would be much simpler.
3. Have a battle royal game, based on the work of OW, for farming fuel. The winning team gets it and other rewards. Fuel can be used to find Illuvials in ILZ. This is the free to play path to acquire some fuel.

Im sure that many of you won’t like this proposal, since you are deeply invested (especially emotionally) in OW . 

We can still come back to attempt something like the Overworld, or something even better, at a later time. Imagine an experience like No Mans Sky: true open world, multiple planets, Illuvials roaming around on huge maps, environmental hazards, struggle for survival, Multi player, etc.

Feedback comes from a good place.

This is a damn good rhamphy! The best stats depend on the type of unit that specific illuvial is. For a tank, you want health and resistance above all, for a fighter unit attack damage and attack speed are the most important etc.

But instead of deleting it, why not just 1) make illuvials fight back so it's interesting, 2) implement multiplayer, so you can coordinate to take out big illuvials and/or race to be the first to rare resources

Hey, nice rhampy. It is good and durable, but the Omega and Attack speed are probably the most important stats on Rhampy so I'd probably pay only $20 for that one. Not sure though, maybe you can get someone to bite at that high of a price.

I'd say it matters on melee tanks/dps dealers, but it's the least important stat. Range not so much.
