Has this information been put on paper anywhere officially by the team? ? Some of it just doesn't seem to add up to me. I understand a wipe for overworld, but the concept fair start doesn't seem to be applicable to zero in my mind. I am in no way in competition with anyone in zero
and if we're putting all this work in to producing the fuel, but the team can just go ahead and create as much of it as they want whenever they want, feels like the opposite of Crypto's values . Would that not mean the team could just double fuel production if they see fit at any time and cut a hard earned profits in half?

This would be a better conversation for the IZ or land owner channel, but the expectation is that 5% of fuel production comes from land. So the DAO can't just arbitrarily create as much as it wants, it has to keep that 95/5 ratio. Can't tell you more than that, though, I don't really follow all the details of it either.

After seeing the new avatar game play I truly feel overworld needs a lot more "lively ness", the quality is good it fits with the ip, however i have to say avatar looks pretty insane aswell. Hey Teloolah, you can't unequip the drone attachment because you have items in your extra slots from the drone attachment, you need to first unequip the items in the extra slots and afterwards unequip the drone attachment. From what I can see in the screenshot you firstly need to unequip some augments from your team.

yes, the team widget, basic team widget should have 5 illuvial slots, 3 augments slots/ 3 armor suit slots and 3 weapon slots. you use drone attachments to increase the number of the slots you need

You might be interested in the DronChips page on illuvihub; it can help you gain a better understanding of which Dronechips go into each of the three slots. With a total of 16 DroneChips, it can be overwhelming easily.

There are filters that group them by category, pretty helpful when looking for a specific dronechips.

Look at the speed stats on the graph it's at max = 150 woot woot.

Is it on porpose that Osvium and Rhodivium became so hard to mine (in such small amounts/run) - I went on like 10 stage 0 runs to get my better equipments ... but I'm not even close having 2x of them. Like before this beta there have been at least more of these elements in stage 0 runs.

A few quick questions on experience for illuvials if anyone has a quick answer: is it generated based on battle? Is it better in higher tiers runs/ do mods help improve exp or is it just based on number of illuvials fought? Do you still gain exp if you lose a battle? is the exp distributed to all illuvials evenly and is that exp gain reduced if i have more illuvials in play? I think a better guage/ui on the exp gain process and leveling up is needed and these questions arise because it is somewhat non transparent

Illuvitars are profile image which can be use in PFP image or on the illuvium website, they are like sleeves collection for them.

Overworld is a differerent game, where you have to capture the illuvials using shards in the overworld.

Both assets will be NFT.

Yes, but once the game is fully connected to illuvium Zero (producting Fuels). When your in Overworld you are using Crypton to travel true regions, this is where illuvium zero fuels will play a part in illuvium Overworld, there more fuel that ILZ can produce.

When all games will be connected at once to the blockchain, this is when the multiplier "The Magic" will occur to create the Universe of Illuvium.

Unlike tiers, Morphopods are not categorized; instead, the quantity of Morphopods varies between runs. Higher-tier runs result in more Morphopods, providing the opportunity to stock up the Podarium for longer durations and with a higher chance of obtaining Mutated Plants.

Podarium
A supplementary structure known as the podarium has been introduced. In this facility, you have the opportunity to cultivate genetically modified plants. Upon harvesting these plants, you can obtain dyes that are marketable on Illuvidex or can be utilized for crafting skin-related items.

Additionally, addressing a separate matter, it seems that Johnny has already responded to the last question concerning skins.

To summarize:

Spawn rates of Morphopods in the OW are still being fine-tuned.
T0 runs do not yield any Morphopods.
Morphopods are not tier-specific but vary in quantity between runs.

Hey guys! I am getting an error where every time I try to change my team for the overworld, then I press escape, the team is all back to my old stuff. I cant change my team, but it worked that way before. Do you know what I am doing wrong?

I figured it out I think, the drone chip that allows you to hold four more illuvials fits into two different slots, when I put the chip into the diagnostics and planning slot it would allow me to build out the team, but then reset when I pressed escape. When I put the chip in the absolute tab instead, it worked.

Short answer: no. The only way to destroy an Illuvial is through fusion. But your inventory is unlimited, so don't worry about it.

If you own a land and plan to play Overworld ofter it's might be a good investment.

Players will need to buy Fuels from Iluvidex which will be generated by land owners.
5% will be generated by all land owners.
95% will be generated by illuvium DAO.

Land ahve differents stats as well you can check on the illuvidex none of the 19 998 sold land are the same they are all unique.

What can you do in overworld as of now?

you can run around, jump around, glide around, slide around.
you can harvest ores and plant-materials. you can capture Illuvials and fuse them.

Ores can be used to upgrade equipment, plant materials can be used to increase the power of your Illuvials in the battles in the overworld.
Illuvials have stats, can be leveled up and can be fused into their higher stage versions.

And all progress will be wiped when Illuvium goes into their first version of the full-open-beta.

It's look ok, tier shards and ores 4-5 are rare and it's normal considering there 2 more stage 2-3 where you can find more for your money/Crypton (in theory, it's not there yet.)

In term of illuvials you can find some decent one, but for bigger Tier 4-5 stage 2-3 you will need to fight in stage 2-3 but for not Encounter in stage 3 are pretty hard specially is there some Lynx stage 1 which do true dmg with +45% attack speed and +40% crit 😅 .

If we are spending more Crypton to travel to stage higher I do expect higher reward.
Sometime I found that stage 1 run was better than stage 3 run for only 10% of the cost of the stage 3 run. Choice is not hard.

It’s like Nicks discussion on paid card packs effectively where you pay more to get more quicker yet at a premium so doing overworld is more efficient and even doubly so doing t1, just its cost efficiency not time efficiency. Definitely don’t know if end goal should be that way though. Don’t need to kick people in the balls for doing higher tier runs.

Reading your msg again it’s actually pretty miserable to think a t1 can flat out best a higher tier run in rewards. Assuming I did read that right

it's a known bug. Should be able to work around it by equipping the drone mod first, then leave the inventory screen. Then you should be able to use the new slots

The three Dokas that you choose, need to have 8418 total XP in order to Fuse a Stage 2 Doka. The bar shows you have 5847 XP.

To put it simply, you need enough XP for the new Illuvial to be level 20 (or 40 for stage 3). But like most games, the XP/level is a curve, not a line, so you can't just add the levels together to get an equivalent XP.

I don’t have enough illuvials to fuse yet so I don’t really know…. But Maybe when fusing it would be nice to be able to select the three illuvials one at a time and see the fusion xp bar increase for each one that you add.

A tutorial is in the works (and lack of which is one of the reasons the OW beta is still "private"), but it tends to be one of the lowest priorities until the game mechanics are solidified. Just go compare one of the PB2 guides with the current gameplay and you'll see why we're waiting until the end on that.

Tier, denoted by the bars at the top of the icon, is an indication of an object's rarity and power - higher tiers are harder to find, catch, craft, etc.
Stage, marked by the little hexes on the icon, is a measure of progression - lower-Stage Illuvials are fused into higher Stages (but still at the same Tier). We also use Stage (not Tier!) to describe the "level" when you travel to a region; higher Stages have better loot... or at least they're supposed to 😉
As for guides, you've been around for a few days at least, scroll up a bit and you'll see plenty of links and references posted.

you need to catch 3 of the same illuvials and then use them in battles while you are doing a run in OW and after each battle the illuvials will be more power and level up, once you get them up to a certain point you can go back to sanctum mesa and go to the circle that has fuse. enter in there and put your 3 illuvials you want to fuse in the top right handside and if they have reached over level 20 combined the fuse button will come up and hit that and watch the magic happen. i videoed mine and put them on my sons utube channel heroryan676 so if you want to see what i am talking about you can watch them there

Does anyone know how the odds work for catching illuvials with different shard tiers? For example a tier 1 illuvial with a common shard vs uncommon without mozart upgrades and with, etc.?

My basic undersanding is, have you gear upgrade on motxart (capture power, less chance to escape ..) the shards have a power rating so the higher the more chance to capture. Yet keep in mind they are harder to get so sometimes its just better to use like for like.

I never managed to collect the literal odds for illuvials even tho I did calc ores etc.

In my past experience it was this. With a tier shard of equivalent tier (on stage 1 illuvial) it felt like about a 70% hit rate. And 100% with 2 capture attachments.

Felt a bit like a 20-40% on a tier 1 higher but closer to 60-70% with the attachments

Stage 2 illuvials are harder to gauge but they felt about twice as hard then twice as hard again for stage 3

in t0 regions you will find shard Fragments that are good to caputure t0 illuvials, in the t2-t3 regions you will find better shards to capture more powerful Illuvials. you find shards in the rocks

im not sure if its properly implemented yet but some regions like the snow one taiga boreal should have higher chances of frost/water/air illuvials

to upgrade your jumping and jetpack you need to do T0 runs since the rocks there are the only place to get the mats for upgrade

I get where you are coming from.
From the web3 games I've known that have multiplayer, if they move too fast on it, the world ends up dead and empty.
I would much rather see illuvium scale and test the interoperability, maybe some light social aspects, before it goes full g.
To me there is nothing wrong with a slow build, if finance allows.
The team have also expressed their wishes to have an mmorpg. Can you put this in feedback and ideas so it doesn't get lost.

Same. I've done many Stage 3 mining runs without that epic earth gem. I have gotten every other gem, but not that one. I haven't put in a bug report, assuming that my nemisis RNG is foiling me!

I remember then saying that yes. Currently I feel the skins recipe we have are sort of a placeholder just to give a bit of a taste. (ie, feels weird that squizz skins require earth gem for ranger and water gem for m0z4rt. Would have expected air/fire for the shock.)

Sorry, haven't looked up the experience gaining as much yet. Definately something I want to look into further once I go on more capture runs. The only tip I could give right now, is to use the consumable that gives extra xp to an illuvial for the next fight.
